TERRIBLE. Was treated like I was invisible. Called in a take out order, was told "ten minutes." I showed up 20 minutes later, stood there for another 10 while a waitress with long blond hair made eye contact with me several times but never came to the register. She just kept laying placemats down and rolled silverware on empty tables. Customers walked in after me and sat themselves, THEY were greeted first. Finally had to wave my hand to get a staff member over-- even the guests inside were staring at me wondering how long I'd continue to be ignored. After a total of 30+ min (trust me, I checked my outgoing call log) from the time I called it in, I am finally greeted by an older lady with: "YOUR ORDER??" (I'm sorry, what?) "YOUR ORDER. WHAT WAS YOUR ORDER." I tell her "double bacon cheeseburger platter". She walks away to get it, but stops on her way (how long are they going to make me stand there?!) to pour customer's coffees. Customers who walked in AFTER me. No apologies for the wait, treated like crap and ignored. I should have known to check the bag because of course they messed my order up. I paid $12 and didn't get the side of Mayo I asked for or the coleslaw I paid for. I called in and got a major attitude from the same lady and was told "call back tomorrow morning. I'm just a server, I can't do anything about it." Uh YAH, you CAN You can check your order to make sure the kitchen boxed it correctly. You can do your job and make sure a clearly dissatisfied customer has their easy order correct. So rude and so "whatever" about guest! I have walked out of this place before after sitting for 20 min and not being greeted OR apologized to when we had to find another server to ask for our server to come over. The staff is by far the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. I keep trying to give them a chance and 100% of the time, they fail. And they charge you extra money if you want to split your meal with someone??? So if I cut my burger (that I'M buying) in half and give it to my child or share it with someone who can't eat a lot, you're going to charge me several more dollars for making that decision?? What does it matter?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It won't last long. Old timers can't keep it afloat. read more
