Shes always been there for us just like a family member. Always on time and very flexible to our school schedules, and let me tell you she makes me and my roommate's apartment always feel brand new like time hasn't passed. Now that we are leaving town we are sad about many things and Hollys presence and work will dearly be missed but I know she'll continue this cleaning tradition with others while being one of the kindest and sweetest souls we have ever encountered. We needed a cleaner on short notice for my parents' house which is being listed for sale. Holly responded to my request for a quote right away and kept giving good updates and information quickly as we asked. She was able to do the job right away--everything was cleaned exactly like we needed, and the house even smelled good for the first time in forever. Then she REALLY helped us out. A problem with the water in the house popped up out of nowhere, and she called me immediately so I could run over and get it addressed. If it had just carried on, we might've had a huge problem, but Holly was alert and thinking about how to help. We would definitely use her again for any projects we have--she's a great communicator and a very hard worker. read more

I hired this cleaner on short notice during a rushed move and paid her flat rate plus a tip. The apartment was essentially empty (only four boxes), so expectations for a thorough clean were reasonable. At the end of the job, she did a brief FaceTime walkthrough, but due to poor connection it was difficult to see details. After living in the apartment for a few weeks and continuing to clean myself, I've found that many areas were not cleaned at all. What initially appeared acceptable turned out to be very incomplete. Given the cost and circumstances, I expected a much more thorough job. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. read more

Two weeks before my scheduled service Holly did a walk-through of my apartment at no charge. We discussed exactly what was to be cleaned, and pricing. On the day of the cleaning, Holly arrived with a smile, an easy going attitude, and plenty of energy. She was wonderful with my inquisitive indoor-only cats who insisted on supervising her work. She brought all her own supplies and afterwards my apartment was left smelling fresh. The value for the price was exceptional. She spent five hours on my 1750 square foot residence. Holly was great! When she arrived she had a mask on and was very respectful of distancing, which I really appreciated. She did a deep cleaning of our entire house, which was not a small task as my cattle dog tends to track in a lot of dirt. She cleaned everything we needed and then some!
