Mrs. Saundra was incredibly attentive and compassionate from start to finish. She took her time helping my friend try on different styles, adjusting and styling each one without ever making us feel rushed. What made it even more meaningful was her personal connection as a cancer survivor. Having someone who truly understands what this moment feels like made such a difference. She created a space where my friend felt comfortable, cared for, and not alone in taking this step. We walked in feeling overwhelmed and walked out feeling supported. The selection was huge and once Summer knew what i was looking for she brought some out of the back room too. I was so comfortable and at ease she is a lovely kind person. We ended up buying two wigs she gave us a wig eduction and Instructions for care. Just for basic information you do not return and cannot return wigs anywhere. I would not be happy to buy a wig from someone's home used or not. There are signs in the store that wigs were not returnable. Summer also told me you can leave them here and we will hold them for you. You have pictures. She wanted me to completely understand they will not return wigs. So people giving bad ratings for not being able to return a wig it's not fair. It's an industry standard in every store.

None looked great on me except "Simmer" a Raquel Welch wig. I bought a baseball cap with hair attached which I loved. Loved the experience. This store is located right off a main road (Tryon) and in between other small business with this plaza. There was nothing in this store I couldn't find - gel, weave, tons of wigs stuff for natural hair, products for permed hair - you name it - they got it!! On top of that , the lady (possibly owner) is super nice , super helpful and has a great rapport with every customer that entered the store. There's plenty of parking outside although it's somewhat of a tight parking section. However, the times that I've been there it's never been crowded. They even do eyebrows which I totally didn't know until I walked in. To be honest - the only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the wigs can be a give and take - some were nice some looked raggedy. Overall, great store GREAT customer service to everyone !! I would highly recommend.
