I was unaware that there was a dressing room, so this time I tried on a different pair before heading to the cashier. The helpful staff promptly called the manager, Leelee. However, she was quite rude and dismissive. Before she even heard my issue, she shook her head no. I explained that I had just purchased the pants a couple of hours ago. She then informed me that our policy is final sale on clothing. I politely requested a different size, but she responded with something like, "Your body has been in them." I reiterated that my body has been in these pants too, and the staff simply put them back on the hanger. I firmly stated that she needed to review and change her policies. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the need to share this so others are aware…read more Two years ago, I came here and asked for boho knotless braids but was given regular knotless braids without the curly pieces. When I asked if the curly hair could be added afterward, I was told the braids were too tight to add anything. Because of that experience on my birthday, I didn't return for two years. Unfortunately, I had a similar issue again. I recently booked for my birthday after another stylist canceled last minute. I specifically requested small knotless braids and showed a reference photo from the last time they did my hair. By the sixth braid, I could already tell the braids were much bigger than what I asked for, so I stopped and asked if this was their small size. I was told that the size they were doing was actually medium, and they adjusted the price by only $20. What's frustrating is that the last time I came, I paid $230 for small knotless braids with a wash and blow dry, and this time I ended up paying $235 for medium braids that I did not ask for when I came with washed and detangled hair. As the service continued, I became very upset and was crying in the chair because the braids were about three times bigger than my reference photo. After the stylist finished and saw me texting someone comparing the braid sizes my face and clothes covered in tears, they decided to redo only the top section of my head to make those braids smaller. Now my hair is uneven, with the top much smaller than the back. I also have psoriasis, and larger, tighter braids don't last long for me and can cause discomfort. I paid $235 for a style that won't last even two weeks. This is the second time my requested style was not followed. Between the incorrect size, uneven results, and paying more for a size I didn't ask for, this experience was very disappointing. I strongly recommend confirming braid size and sectioning before the service begins and during. The smartest thing to recommend is to find another braiding shop to avoid disappointment because I know I will.
