There is a digital directory when you walk into the lobby. You can search by the name of your doctor to confirm the floor/office number. The large facility also offers a large parking area. I've never had an issue getting a spot and the walk to the lobby is reasonable. This area has grown up a bit since this facility opened. Publix is nearby along with restaurants and other shops across the street.

Arrived there at 2:06 this afternoon. There were 2 patients ahead of us. We were taken to an…read moreexamination room at 3:08. A medical assistant interviewed us at 3:14. The nurse practitioner came in at 3:23. She administered a flu test at 3:28, and advised us we'd get the results in 15 minutes. She returned with the results at 4:01. We were able to leave at 4:12, over 2 hours later. Over 2 hours to learn we had a cold!

When we arrived the receptionist remembered us. She made sure the boys felt welcome by giving them some things to play with, she even held my almost two week old baby so I could help my boys be brave for their shots. Then they got stickers. The nurses were great! Only thing I hated was the paperwork, but in Healthcare I know it is necessary.

The staff seemed nice but, Definetly nothing urgent about this urgent care center. We finally got back there and two nurses cleaned his wound and said the doctor will need to see him. The doctor comes in 30 mins later, inspects it and tells me I could do this here but I'm going to send you to the emergency ... when I got to nortons kids hospital, they said they Definetly had the means of doing it at the urgent care, especially him being a teenager and not moving around a lot.
