The smell is clean and the market takes a lot of effort to manage and maintain. Brian, the son-in-law of the owner, is a friendly and welcoming man. Told him I was looking for a prime rib and he got one from the back and cleaned it up from extra fat on it. I must say I was very happy with the service and the quality of meat I got from here.
