First time in Harps and it was a great experience. The store seems new and is clean and fancy. They have good design and it's easy to walk around and shop. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and the staff were helpful and friendly. The produce area was large and had fresh produce. The meat selection was nice and we picked up some chicken breasts. They had food selection of everything we were looking for and I even found my Ollie Pops in the cold fridge in back corner of store !!! They bagged the groceries for us and took cash check or Apple Pay. They have fuel pumps so it's like a 1 stop place!!! read more

Check your expiration date anything close to date is bad. Bought carrot on 9/4/2025 expiration date 9/8/2025, they were slimy. Bought yogurt front of label normal, back is marked with reduce label 2 days before expiration, it was Sour. (Didn't see in till I got home) . Coffee creamer 1.50 more than other stores. Loaf of French bread still on shelf 2 days before expiration. We all know our food bill has gone up but there is no reason to sell bad food. Great check out service read more

I am three months overdue for this review, and for that, I am terribly sorry. So, in addition to everything else I do in life outside of running a medical practice, living nomadically, marketing / growing our business to the West Coast, collecting antiques, traveling internationally, herding cats, and simply living my best crazy life ever... we also volunteer for our goddaughter's high school Marching Band. How? By providing all food needs for them when they travel. Simple, right? NO. SO, let me tell you... feeding 175 kids / volunteers a meal 3x in a day is a FEAT. It is no small task. Every detail counts. What is even more interesting... doing it on a TIGHT budget. Throw a little more sparkle at it? Drag 175 students / volunteers from Kansas City to Arkansas at 4am, rehearse them all day, feed them x3, compete them twice, and get them home to bed with full bellies. NEXT. TO. IMPOSSIBLE. Well, let's talk about a little story of three miracle workers that saved my backside. In the throws of travel, kids, rehearsal, competing, etc., I was running out of options. Game day in Arkansas = no restaurant will accommodate you for ANYTHING. They don't care, they don't want your business, they won't return your calls, you are SOOL. Too bad, so sad. Veronica and Gayle saved the day. They truly stepped up, despite already being overbooked, they agreed to take my MASSIVE sandwich order. AND I MEAN MASSIVE. NEARLY 300 SANDWICHES. Unfortunately, after agreeing to the order, when I called to confirm, the store had lost my order. I was destroyed. But alas, Julio saved the day again! They rocked it out, had my order done early, they literally loaded it in my truck for me with smiles on their face. Folks, grocery store employees like this don't exist everywhere. Honestly, I travel EXTENSIVELY... I've encountered more than I'm willing to share. However, when you get employees / team mates like Veronica, Gayle, and Julio... you hold on to them tight. I love shopping at Harp's Stores! Their staff are always so helpful. The quality is great for produce, meat, deli and bakery. Today was only going in for birthday cake selection. White cake with cream cheese icing! It was better than what I anticipated. Pre made and quite a selection in the cooler. Once home, the cake was moist and flavorful! Another great grocery store that I enjoy shopping at. They have a great meat isle and always the freshest vegetables around. There deli here is top notch as well. They even have pre made sandwiches to go if your in a hurry. This place also has the best chicken tenders and white country gravy around. The 4 pc chicken tenders with mash potatoes and white gravy plus a roll for 7.99 is a great deal. Great for a quick lunch read more

A little more expensive than Walmart, but they don't have the buying power of Walmart. Food is much fresher than Walmart, meat and vegetables do not go bad the next day. I really enjoy shopping here. Better name brand choices as Walmart buys fresh food from China, Guatemala and Mexico, they sell Dole and other national brands, Walmart tries to force you to buy their brands. Bakery is awesome, if I need a cake or something special I always go to Harp's. read more

Great place. Everything you need is there and reasonable prices. They have the best beef and produce anywhere in town. The employees here are amazing. Very friendly and helpful! Try the sushi! It is surprisingly amazing. The sushi chef takes pride in his work. I stop in at least once a week for the sushi. Don't forget about fresh fish Fridays. Employee owned. read more

I was VERY impressed with this store after finding the elusive fresh bean sprouts. (They also have bean sprouts in a can) The store is large and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I mean, maybe my standards are low if I ask for help and don't get an eye roll, but that's me. There are so many cheese options, I might crack open a bottle of wine while I write this review. I always get some tabouleh to take to my 90 year old Mother in St. Louis and she LOVES the homemade tabouleh from the Bentonville Harp's. I tried calling but the line was busy. After two days, I called the home office and Barbara answered the phone. She went above and beyond to help me! She contacted the Bentonville store via email and I got a telephone call and my Mother will be the happiest woman ever when I pull up with her Harp's tabouleh! 4 out of 5 stars because personally this isn't my favorite Harps (my #1 is the Harps in Lowell on Monroe- soo clean and great staff!!) But this store definitely comes to a close 2nd. The store is clean and organized. I had no trouble finding the things I needed. Their produce selection is great!! You'll find those specialty in between items that you wouldn't be able to get at a Walmart! And the butcher is always happy to assist with cutting your meats down to size. Theres just something about the service at a Harps that a Walmart cannot beat. And sushi on site is always a plus!! read more

Came here this morning to shop for the week. I was reluctant to come because the previous Harp's I went to was not very impressive. I was nearby and so I came. This Harp's is A LOT better than the other one I went to. It is a nice, normal grocery store. They have a ton of selection of food items and some aisles for non-food items. I was excited to see some organic produce.The prices were pretty comparable for other grocery stores, but I was shocked when a bag of organic apples was about 14 dollars! I'm from California and a bag that same size would be around 5-6 dollars for organic apples. They have a small bulk section which is nice, but wish it was bigger. Good selection of frozen items, boxed items, cheeses, etc. Customer service was friendly. Large parking lot. read more

So thrilled to have a new grocery store here! For those of us who won't patronize the Big Blue Monster, this is a happy, happy day. Deli selection of great cheeses, meats, prepared foods, sushi prepared daily, and small olive bar. Pretty good beer selection and there is wine, but heavy on the local stuff. I saw some good buys, if you were looking at the specials in the meat/seafood department, and we picked up some thick cut steaks at a decent price. The employees were super friendly and helpful and I even scored some samples. If they keep up this level of service, I'll have no reason to go elsewhere! read more

The Harps store on North Walton in Bentonville was my favorite place to shop prior to COVID. I was a promoter of their meat counter and service. Since COVID, they just can't seem to enforce a mask policy with their associates. Today, I saw a sushi chef wearing a mask below his chin. I mentioned to a manager that I had planned to buy sushi, but the chef is not wearing his mask properly. The response was, "Ok." I was in the store around 1:15pm on 10/30/20. I did shop here exclusively. Because of the lack of consideration for others, I shop mostly at Walmart now. I really wanted this store to do well, but I need the to be concerned about others well being too. I've brought up the mask issue to one or more people every time I'm there. I only go for items I can't get elsewhere now. read more

I only shop at Harps for last minute items because it's so close to my house. But I've learned if I need fresh produce to just go across the street to Walmart. The produce ( especially berries) are over priced and usually rotten. I've thrown so many day old packages away. It's really a shame, I'd love to have this be a dependable grocery store for us. read more

I have been spoiled by many excellent markets in other states and so this just seemed pretty basic. The produce section was way smaller than I expected and things didn't look so fresh. They did have a large selection of organic apples. The staff members were very helpful. read more

This is a nice grocery store. It is family owned and the people who work there seem to be very invested in making sure your service is good. It's also easy in and out. I have to say their produce selection is small but looks good.I couldn't find strawberries, but it was right after Valentine's day so... Their meat selection is very good. The meat looks fresh,I bought a steak and it was great (no dark side down kinda stuff) It's a little pricier than where I generally shop, but when I can't find what I need there, this is where I head. read more

I'm new to this area and came from an area that had Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, but I still had high hopes for this store. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I was under the impression this grocer had healthier food options, but besides some overpriced produce it is an ordinary grocer. I found better products at Walmart. read more

This is a good place to fond great fresh veggies and fruits. I got there to get some local fresh organic fruits and raw milk. The veggies are not expensive and it saves your time to go all the way to whole foods. read more
