We only wanted to do this once . We were immediately called by an extremely nice, professional man...Steve from Walpole (Potomac MD)....who came out (free of charge) to listen to what we needed. He measured and gave us his thoughts and ideas, and returned with a plan. I cannot tell you how nice this fellow was...did not give us a big sales pitch (the fence samples speak for themselves) and he completely understood the $ would be a stretch for us. He never once made us feel like ours was a piddly little job compared to the mega high dollar jobs he often does. Did I mention he was incredibly nice....? So we earned lots of reward points on our AMX and have been smiling ever since! BEST DECISION we have made in years! The process was painless...we debated the color and are delighted we chose the deep green. ... about six weeks later it.took two days to install. I wish I could remember the names of the two men who came out to install...talk about "top shelf whisky"....they had to be the A crew...happy. friendly and totally knew their craft. You would never have known they were here. All that hand digging and precision measuring...and they "left not a trace" during the install. The process was a breeze and the result was perfection. We are totally thrilled....a real enhancement to our home. If you are in the market, my husband and I strongly commend Walpole to you.

He recommended sending an email with description and pictures explaining what part I needed, waiting 4-5 business days, then calling the number and reminding them that I had already sent an email... Wow, okay. So I write an email, wait about a week, and call the phone number to talk to a rep. Well, you don't actually get a rep, you get an answer machine where for the first 5 minutes they tell you to hang up and send them an email instead. I left a voicemail explaining I had sent an email already and just wanted to follow up. The voicemail system says to expect a call back within 24 hours, which never happened. Granted I was just looking for a replacement part for a used playset. However, now that I see how their customer service works, I would never consider buying one of their units. They claim to pride themselves in their fantastic warranties that they offer, I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it would be to actually have a problem fixed if something came up.

Sitting at the desk in the comfortable & sunny office trailer, I was able to ask all the questions I had about gazebo specifications and options, and get details as well as answers to some other questions that arose after touring the lot. He was also sweet to my little daughter along w me for all this. When we are ready to buy the gazebo, it will almost certainly be from Capitol Sheds Inc.
