Unfortunately I paid over $9,000 dollar for Full vehicle wrap and a paint correction. I should have suspected there was going to be an issue when they never sent photos of the paint correction. Charles from Wrapvault/Lusso told me all the right things but when I got my vehicle back it was an absolute disaster. There was sand and dirt underneath almost all the sections of the clear bra including the hood, roof, quarter panels , and rear decklid. There were some area where it looked like hair or fuzz was under the clear bra. There were clearly visible dark seam lines on the pillars of the car. The clear bra in front was already lifting off the front bumper. The carbon front splitter had clear bra on top but maybe half an inch below leaving the most vulnerable area completely exposed. As of now I will have to spend over 10,000 to repair what they have done.

He ripped up the driver's side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal -- an obvious safety hazard. Completely careless and unprofessional. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility, the front desk lady pulled out her iPhone and started recording me while denying any fault. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary. This business doesn't care about your car, your safety, or owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle -- especially a luxury one -- do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

NOTE THE RESPONSE FROM Pristine Mobile Auto Spa: Feedback from customers should be received as a gift. We are telling you where you are coming up short and hope you will continue to improve. We picked you...in a sense, we voted for you and many have been let down. Work on your customer scheduling and communication! Hire someone to help or purchase software that assists with this. Finally, refrain from challenging customers in your posts. Bad form. Remain humble, polite, and tolerant. Your tone was a massive turn-off, and a bit arrogant. You are in the customer service business and you have to own the scheduling/communication process...not the other way around. I have led and trained hundreds of people in these disciplines for some of the world's most successful and demanding companies. I am giving you some very valuable advice for free. What will you do with it?
