The guy behind the counter followed me all the way to the locker room grabbed me by the shoulder, and told me I needed to leave because I didnt wear a mask in (although where I currently was in the building I didnt need one.) Or he would call the law. Hes telling me this all while his mask is sitting on his upper lip which is where it stayed majority of our interaction. When I confronted him about this he said it's because I'm talking to you!?!? Not wanting the law called, I said yes, I would leave but I'd like a written confirmation about my membership being canceled and showing where my membership fee was refunded. While waiting on my written confirmation I was explaining to him that I didn't mind wearing a mask as long as the people enforcing that rule would abide by it as well. That's when I got told it was to late for that and my membership was canceled for being disrespectful to him. I did end up getting a email a few hours later that said my memebrship was cancelled for policy violation!?!? Im still waiting on my refund confirmation. Kalebs email named him as the general manager. In my opinion, if he is the general manager the owners of this planet fitness may need to reevaluate who they have in charge.

I would 100% recommend to anyone with any level of athleticism. The classes are 4 15 min rounds with varying from the treadmill to floor workouts. I have also yet to have the same workout, which keeps you on your toes and makes it way more fun!! The facilities are also all new and the showers are awesome. They do have a towel service for hand towels, bath towels, and sweat towels. Your first time is always free so just try it!!!
