What is wrong with this .. I does my taxes October 29th than signed my paperwork December 23rd and stop didn't get nothing .. also the place is closed down like a eggshell and they removed everything... and I was calling and calling for months and got no answer ... they never put the deposit into my bank account.. guess it's in their .. I need some answers I'm pissed and this is some bullshit than I gotta at least post one start to even do a review ... they do not deserve that star ... I'm pissed read more

I had a 3 PM appointment scheduled. I arrived at 3:02 PM. I was told the tax preparer was with clients and it would be "just a few minutes" wait. As of 3:40 PM I was still waiting and not given a specific time as to when I could be seen. The person at the front desk blamed the delay on the clients instead of the company. There are too many companies that have great reviews to even consider using this company. read more

In all sadness Glen Sandler has passed away and it looks as if his relatives are now running GI Tax. I was literally told they did not have time to answer my questions even though they have my tax file. I was treated as if I was interrupting them. I also noticed that Emily, Glen Sandlers right hand, office has been cleared out. These are not good signs. When I asked for my tax file, I was harshly and rudely asked in a mocking tone if I was taking my file to Emily. I didn't know how, but I sure am going to try to find her. read more

I have never had an issue with filing my taxes until I filed with this company. The people there are rude. Mess up and forget inport information that the IRS needs to process it. I also had to bring in and provide my kids birth certificate, school, and doctor information. In which they lost!!!! I have had to miss work numerous items costing me money. For them to keep pushing me off. Horrible company! Could be sex trafficking because why would they lose my kids stuff read more

I will not go back to this establishment next year, and neither should you. They get two stars because the employees were nice enough. The man who took my information for my appointment had a stack of other clients folders on his desk, and at one point he left me alone in there (because he went to the printer), and therefore left me with peoples social security numbers and w2 information (even though they were in folders so I technically couldn't see anything- I could have if I wanted to). Then they told me it would be done on Friday. I called them the following Monday afternoon because I hadn't heard from them and they told me it would be done that day. I still didn't hear from them the following day, and called them again to which they told me it would be done later that day. Finally my taxes were done! After filing I received a letter from the IRS that my state tax refund was being held.. I called and Lori (spelling may be wrong) told me she could call and let me know if we owed anything and she would get back to me. She never called me back. I had to call to get a status and she only had a status for me and not for my husband. She told me she would get me the status information and call me back. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard back. They have poor coordination at this location and poor regard for the security of your SSN/information. Again, they were police when I did interact with them, but I would definitely go elsewhere and would advise you to do the same. read more

The owner and founder, Glenn Sandler has been a successful business owner and CPA for 30 years. The first location opened in Melbourne in 2015. The second location opened in 2018. The business continues to grow and as of 2019, GI Tax is offering franchise opportunities.

Meet the Business Owner: Glenn S.

Glenn Sandler is known throughout Brevard County and the entire Florida market for helping people with their taxes. He has spent the majority of his career in the financial industry specializing in Forensic Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Consulting, Income Tax planning and Income Tax Preparation. As a leader, he has a unique ability to envision what the future can hold. Both he and his employees have a high level of focus on the task at hand; from managing his client cases to researching tax law, he keeps locked in on the details making sure his clients benefit the most. Sandler graduated from Florida International University and earned a Master's Degree in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He is currently attending the Executive MBA Program at George Washington University.

Do to an extremely minor mistake while filing our taxes last year, we owed the IRS a pretty hefty…read moresum of money. I have never had to deal with the IRS before and to be honest they were pretty relentless and unforgiving. After getting the run around for months filing endless paperwork that I had no clue what it was or even how to navigate process, the interest was compounding on top of what was already owed. Finally, I decided to seek help and stumbled across Chris and Chris Management. After speaking with them about my issue, I was instantly put at ease. I signed a few pages giving them the right to work with IRS on my behalf and I was done. The navigation of the system must be second nature to them because in the matter of a week I was receiving letters from the IRS with restructured lower interest owed and some other legal/financial jargon that once again did not understand. I was told by Chris and Chris to ignore and that he had it all under control. A week and a half later I was beside myself when after everything was said and done, my about owed to the IRS was around than 15% of what they originally came after me for. The amount of effort that had to go in to that I can only imagine was time consuming. After one phone call to the IRS I wanted to pull my hair out. Chris and Chris Management literally saved me from a financial disaster and I could not be more grateful. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend this company.
