Two words: DISHONEST…read moreDECEITFUL We switched insurance May 2021. We moved to a different one because these guys right here are VERY UNRELIABLE. They're hard to reach. The say one thing, and do another. Today, we find out that they contacted our mortgage company and told them that we're continuing with them AFTER THE FACT THAT WE HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM WE SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT INSURANCE AGENCY and we are CANCELLING THEIRS. So, now we have to deal with the mess of having been charged by 2 insurance agencies for the same homeowners coverage. Do NOT trust these people AT ALL!!!
