A few days later I looked up Tuff Shed and got a Quote, From the Very Beginning Steve was very helpful, Getting everything I needed and getting a hold of the zoning department, trying to find out if I could actually have my shed where I wanted it, and after back and forth with them, finally the zoning department agreed the shed would be fine where I wanted it to go. Everything went smoothly from there; Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful, When the builders came, they were very nice, and put the shed together in no time, but did a great job. I'm very satisfied with my shed, and I'll tell everyone I know they should go to Tuff Shed, if they ever need a good reliable company and a great shed, If I ever need another Shed in the Future, I'll definitely contact Tuff Shed again! They were 2 1/2 hrs. late in coming to tear down my old shed. Price for tear down & haul away was $100 more than quoted. Other questions after delivery went un-responded to. My sister-in-law bought a larger shed from them & is having ZERO response to her problems of them on site prep. I am very disappointed in there treatment of her. Makes me look bad in her eyes. Wouldn't recommend them now, but the buildings are excellent.

Overall I would give this product five stars for it's look and construction, however I would give…read morecustomer service, follow through and communication to be less than one star. We completely understood when the shed was 6 weeks late being delivered due to confusion surround the steel shipment. We were polite and respectful when dealing with Premiere but received rude, angry, impolite emails in return. Once delivered, we had our building inspection (as it was a very large shed). The inspector found discrepancies between the building and the building plans that were provided by PPB. Premier has yet to rectify the situation (its been 6 weeks) and is essentially telling us that we need to fix (and pay for) the changes that need to be made so that the shed matches THEIR drawings. My first instinct when we went to PPB in Harrow was to walk away, however we chose to go with the more cost effective quote, than proper customer service. Do yourself a favour and find a company that actually cares about the customer and the product they sell rather than thinking the customer is an inconvenience.We had planned on purchasing a second, matching building to serve as a pool house, however I simply cannot support this type of customer service. I have emails from this company that state they do not have the time to follow up with customers when there are delays. I have emails that are derogatory toward our building inspector and our municipality.

But on delivery, there was no mention on what should be done in preparation for getting the shed from initial deliver yo its final resting place... She had just recently had her drive resurfaced with asphalt.. As a family member was watching the delivery he notices the they were dragging the shed into the drive, creating deep scratches as they were moving it to its place of choice... The Representative for the company was saying it will all be fine, all you need to do is power wash it and the scratches will disappear. This was not the case where whatever the shed was resting on was made of wood and you can just clean it up.. It was being dug into the drive, and the delivery man just kept going, Stating repeatedly there will be no issues just needs to be power washed. Neighbors had noticed this as well and were also in aggreance, that its being dug into her newly repaved drive.. After contacting the office about the situation. She was met with such unprofessionalism, and when she expressed she was going to write this review or have it placed on their pages to be reviewed, he shrugged it off like it was nothing, GO AHEAD AND WRITE YOUR REVEIW. She has never met with such unprofessionalism for such a purchase. She strongly recommends you go elsewhere or be found on how they treat their customers in the future.
