Overall I would give this product five stars for it's look and construction, however I would give customer service, follow through and communication to be less than one star. We completely understood when the shed was 6 weeks late being delivered due to confusion surround the steel shipment. We were polite and respectful when dealing with Premiere but received rude, angry, impolite emails in return. Once delivered, we had our building inspection (as it was a very large shed). The inspector found discrepancies between the building and the building plans that were provided by PPB. Premier has yet to rectify the situation (its been 6 weeks) and is essentially telling us that we need to fix (and pay for) the changes that need to be made so that the shed matches THEIR drawings.
My first instinct when we went to PPB in Harrow was to walk away, however we chose to go with the more cost effective quote, than proper customer service. Do yourself a favour and find a company that actually cares about the customer and the product they sell rather than thinking the customer is an inconvenience.We had planned on purchasing a second, matching building to serve as a pool house, however I simply cannot support this type of customer service. I have emails from this company that state they do not have the time to follow up with customers when there are delays. I have emails that are derogatory toward our building inspector and our municipality. read more
