I tend to be so discriminating and asked many technical questions. Kenny was patient & answered every one and also provided some different options I wasn't aware of. For example, one other company told me it wasn't possible for my garage to have torsion springs installed. Kenny told me (before I even asked that question to him) that torsion springs in my application would be so nice and better than my existing setup using the horizontally mounted extension springs. He also gave me the pros & cons for buying the Liftmaster model opener that includes the camera. Some other companies just want you to buy the most expensive door operator packed with all the bells & whistles you may not need. Even though, in my working days, I was used to complicated control schemes at my job, I decided to go with the non camera model. The "MyQ" smartphone application however comes standard as is a must have. Sal showed up for the install a few days later. This technician was obviously very experienced, laid out all the parts before taking anything apart and went to work. Every install involves some tweaking and Sal had to custom modify the tracks just a little. He wasn't satisfied until there was absolutely no wheel binding and quiet - no squeaking door travel from full open to full close. He was also very friendly and welcomed my questions. A post install operational briefing was done and he was on his way.
