Not only is everything sound now structurally, but Nick also paid a lot of attention to details and everything looks great! You end up having to pull, push, or wiggle the door to make the lock engage. Doesn't matter how many times they come to adjust it. It just happens again. The secondary foot latches are garbage and frequently don't engage, or get stuck in the locked position and require kicks rather than toe-taps to release them. The hardware is low-quality and, unlike our previous Marvins, you cannot choose your own - you have to buy what they offer. Don't.
