I'm very surprised to see a store in such bad shape first thing in the morning. It's evident that the store has not been cleaned in weeks. The lady at the pharmacy said that the bathrooms have been really nasty for months and they finally just got someone to clean that. This is very unacceptable.

They do have 2 handicapped carts, however they are seldom charged, what good are they to anyone, and 2 carts just aren't enough. The other drawback for me is their extremely limited choice of Cambells soup and other name brand items that some people prefer. I prefer Weiss canned veggies and such, sometimes just don't duplicate well. However, I must add the store is soooo clean, well stocked, the people are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Their produce is awesome and fresh. I need to mention that this is the only place we buy meat. I travel 30 minutes to get there and it's almost never disapoints.

My 2-man crew is out in the freezing rain on a 12 hour job to clear fallen trees from the road for VDOT. We took a quick trip to this Target near our dispatch hub, to grab some snacks, walk around out of the cold, etc and it was the greatest experience. Mary & David greeted us w complimentary coffee and even accommodated my preference of non-dairy creamer with oatmilk creamer which they put aside for us for the rest of our shift and free coffees all day !! They have a whole table set up with snacks, including fruit and everything to make PB&Js (at the Starbucks in the Target) free to all road work crews. Definitely feels like small town care for one's neighbors; this kind of appreciation for each other is not always on display but it's so nice when it is and I couldn't be more grateful. Target is actually the best.

Multiple stories come out for each reason why medications cannot be filled. This is my final straw. It started a few days ago. On March 19, 2025 my son's Pediatrician changed his medication. On the CVS app, that night, it said we were waiting for pre-approval from the insurance company. No surprise. The doctor had already told us that would happen. Waited 2 days. Approval supposedly went through. Then this cvs was not stocked with this medication. Okay no worries it happens. Then the app said it would be ready on March 21, 2025 after 7pm. Came out the next morning to pick it up and the girl at the window said there was an issue. She said it could not be dispensed before March 19, 2025. -- but today is March 22, 2025. She said it's an issue with the insurance company. I need to call them. While on hold I get another message from the CVS app saying that the pharmacist had questions for me. Okay I went inside. The question was whether or not the doctor had switched medications or not. To recap. I would like for someone to look into the leadership and the policies that are in place here away this particular cvs. My time should not be wasted for no apparent reason. It happens almost on a monthly basis where my time is wasted by incompetence. I think I should just be done with CVS.
