It's been about 18 months since I started using this CVS and I have regretted every instance I have to come pick up medication. Multiple stories come out for each reason why medications cannot be filled. This is my final straw. It started a few days ago. On March 19, 2025 my son's Pediatrician changed his medication. On the CVS app, that night, it said we were waiting for pre-approval from the insurance company. No surprise. The doctor had already told us that would happen. Waited 2 days. Approval supposedly went through. Then this cvs was not stocked with this medication. Okay no worries it happens. Then the app said it would be ready on March 21, 2025 after 7pm. Came out the next morning to pick it up and the girl at the window said there was an issue. She said it could not be dispensed before March 19, 2025. -- but today is March 22, 2025. She said it's an issue with the insurance company. I need to call them. While on hold I get another message from the CVS app saying that the pharmacist had questions for me. Okay I went inside. The question was whether or not the doctor had switched medications or not. To recap. I would like for someone to look into the leadership and the policies that are in place here away this particular cvs. My time should not be wasted for no apparent reason. It happens almost on a monthly basis where my time is wasted by incompetence. I think I should just be done with CVS. read more

This store is HORRIBLE! They set their own hours and randomly close unexpectedly. Lately they're out of stock of many prescriptions and I have to wait for them to be ordered. The staff is either poorly trained or told to lie because you will get a different answer to the same question and that's IF they answer the phone. I moved my prescriptions. Not worth the aggravation. read more

This is a CVS that I go to only because it is close to home. The employees never acknowledge half the customers when we walk in (I have watched and personally observed this), never offer help if they see you searching for an item in an aisle, walk away from the register ALL the time and you are left standing there waiting. It is their job to recognize customers not our job to go on a scavenger hunt for an employee so we can check out! Horrible customer service! read more

Loved the pharmacist! Best experience I've ever had when getting a vaccine. Will only come here for future shots. He was kind, compassionate and patient. I felt like he listened to all my health care concerns. read more

What has happened to this place. First, I am an invalid and ir is awful hard to walk so last week 2 times I went to the drive thru and it had a sign, please come inside. Today I called 4 times and waited for 20 minutes each time for someone to answer, NO JUST STAYS ON HOLD. So I get moving, not an easy task, and drive there because their machine said from 9 A.M. today, my prescription was in process. 4 TIMES. Now I drive there and the window person tells me it isn't ready. Well normally I would understand but I had to go because NOBODY answers the PHONE. As soon as I get this prescription, I am changing pharmacies and I suggest everyone does the same. This place needs help and lots of it read more

Painfully hard to fill a prescription that is on hold. Call the pharmacy which ends up in a call to the practice which ends up with you sitting on hold again with the pharmacy. Blah - crazy headache. read more

Shameful a business can operate in this manner. I am in healthcare and yes there has been ataffing shortages but we never treat our patients/ families as this company has. Drive thru- u never know If it is open or closed. They do not answer the phone in the pharmacy and the manager knows this. If you want your prescriptions transferred elsewhere, you need to have another pharmacy call CVS to get your RXs transferred well, CVS does NOT answer their phone in the pharmacy. 2-3 trips to get one medication. Stay away from this pharmacy, there are better out there. read more

Rude customer service and nothing but excuses as to why they can't refund a prescription they filled with my other 2 I ordered. Then when I had someone go to pick it up they said they was busy and needed to finish something to drive back around and get inline at the end lol. I'm a new customer that switched from Walgreens and I had to call 4 times within two weeks to have my prescriptions transferred (Really 4 times) because someone didn't want to do their job.I will be going back to Walgreens pay a little more but no drama or headaches. read more

Horrible. If find it puzzling how a pharmacist finds it okay to have you come multiple times to the CVS pharmacy only to end up with no prescription during a pandemic. My prescription is a controlled substance. Long story short, ended up going to the CVS pharmacy 4 separate times only to have the pharmacist refuse to fill the prescription. The head pharmacist is arrogant, condescending and thinks it is okay to question what your doctor prescribes as if he had a medical degree. If I wanted to have a sucky medical advice I would just go ahead and ask this pharmacist and not pay a doctor. read more

The pharmacy at this CVS has gotten a lot better compared to 5 years ago. The wait time is always 45 minutes to an hour which is ridiculous since CVS no longer accepts Tricare and United Healthcare insurance. They should be able to have more time now that they have lost a majority of their patients. The only reason why I am giving this cvs 4 stars instead of 2 is because I was having issues with my insurance. The insurance company was not helping me at all and claimed I had no coverage with them. A young lady in the pharmacy (don't know her name) is the only one that helped me and got everything straightened out with my insurance. She is extremely kind every time I go there. She is willing to help her customers. She is the only one that has a good attitude and actually tries to find solutions if there is a problem. read more

The Pharmacist is very rude and nasty when asking for simple things. Will not be using that location again!!!!
