He stopped ringing me up to answer her questions. This went on for several minutes, until I asked her to please allow the cashier to finish ringing me up and THEN ask him questions. She looked at me with a blank stare and continued to ask him questions. When I complained, she said "I'm not interrupting". This person (Christy) should be re-assigned to the trash detail. There must be thousands of trained seals who can perform her job better than her. I called to report this to the store manager ("Trent"). He could not have cared less. Where do you get all these worthless people? I won't be shopping in your store any more. Have a nice day.

Tried out the online ordering and selected the option to have my order delivered. Ordering was easy, everything in my order was correct. My order was.delivered right on time and the delivery associate was very polite and helpful. Weis hit it out of the park with this one. They get bonus point cause I ordered fresh fried chicken from the deli and it arrived nice and piping hot! Great job Weis!

I made my way up I-81 and was here in minutes. I walked in and pulled out my list once again and headed around the store to locate the items I needed. Luckily for me I wasn't striking out in here. In fact I was finding everything I needed and then some. I was actually surprised since I was looking most of the day for my items. Also I was not thinking that I the close proximity would grant me the ability to find what I needed. I figured since I couldn't find it at a store a few miles away I wouldn't be able to find it here either. That was not the case. The only downside was that I had to explain what I wanted to an associate after they told me the item wasn't there. Thing was the item I wanted was locked up behind a counter. So how would I know if you had it or not, and in that case how would any other customer know for that matter. Not sure if they were hiding the item because they wanted to purchase it, or if they were just too lazy to put the item on the shelf. Either way, you don't do that.

We had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at the Shippensburg Walmart today…read more We went there to buy several things for my two younger sisters' first apartment, including a large trash can, bathroom caddy, and curtain rods. We used the self-checkout, paid for everything, and had our receipt showing every item we purchased. As we were leaving, a greeter began chasing after us and insinuating that we had not paid for the larger items because they did not have stickers on them. We were then stopped with someone from loss prevention standing behind us, which made us feel surrounded and as though we were being treated like we had stolen something. We explained that we had just gone through self-checkout and that no employee had put stickers on the items. More importantly, we had our receipt right there proving that we had paid for everything. Instead of simply checking the receipt and apologizing for the misunderstanding, the greeter started going off about how an employee "should have" put stickers on our items, as though that was somehow our fault. At that point, loss prevention walked away and so did we, completely baffled by how the situation had been handled. We understand stores need to prevent theft, but there is a respectful and professional way to verify a purchase. Chasing down paying customers, surrounding them with employees, and making them feel like criminals because Walmart's own employees failed to put stickers on merchandise is not it. We paid for every single item we left the store with and did nothing wrong. The entire interaction was rude, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I would not recommend shopping at the Shippensburg Walmart after this experience.
