Watch out for water in their fuel!!!! 2026 Volvo tractor with less than 30k miles. Fuel purchased at ONLY this location (Carlisle) for two months. Truck started losing power and running rough. Volvo found significant water in the fuel tanks. $12k damage done to the engine. Pilot/Flying J refuses to do anything about it, claiming it could not possibly be from their fuel. This place is wonderful. They are so friendly. The food is amazing besides Denny's being next to it but their food is absolutely amazing. Their prices are pretty good. They don't judge you when you come in. They're friendly. They treat you like they're you're their best friends. I recommend this place for all truckers and not truckers and I just love this place. The utmost worse staff and management I've ever seen at a Flying J. Got my ticket to shower. When I stepped into the shower, there was a wad of hair in the shower drain, and a snot loogie with BLOOD in it - still in the shower . Showed the managers (10:30pm) and they said they have been swamped and it was an oversight. Like what?!?? An 'oversight'???!!! While checking out at register and informed the cashier about the shower and she stated 'it does not involve me, and I don't really care' we're her exact words.... I was on my way to biking the nearby LeTort Spring Natural Trail but stopped here first for a slice of pizza. Somehow the young lady cashier didn't like me very much. When it was my turn, she stepped away from the cash register and went to the hot food section. From there she greeted and took order from the gentleman behind me. Not sure if they knew each other, but I realized she had just skipped me. The manager seemed to have made the same observation and exchanged glance with me. I just shrugged my shoulders. The manger came and asked what I needed then instructed the young lady to ring me up. I wanted a drink to go with the slice of pizza, so she told me to get it at the fountain machine but without ringing me up. When I came back of course now there were 2 new customers in front of me. I felt very frustrated that she literally gave me a runaround. The other cashier's on the other side saw me and flagged me over to his cash register and rang me up. The extra star is for him! Thank you!! This facility was clean and the pizza was good, but the service I received from the first cashier was unacceptable. PS. This was not my first visit, but it's still confusing to me what each cashier register is for, or if there's is a difference. read more

Coffee station was filthy! 5 ladies behind the counter but still slow as can be. The one with the name tag of "BigSis" was obviously there just to play on the PA system. She had plenty of time to threaten truck drivers with having them towed away, but no time to walk her butt over to the coffee area and clean the counter or empty the trash. We've been parked here for two nights and we've heard her shrieking over the PA system, most of the time. Use that same energy to keep the store clean and lines moving, BigSis! read more

Bathrooms and Showers are clean. Not a long wait for showers, even on a holiday weekend when everyone came to a grinding halt. Lots of snacks/food to choose from. Staff is friendly. read more

Nice place to stop and fuel up along with a quick bite. It's easy to access the fuel islands. They have everything you need if you need a quick shower or just to relax Lot's of parking. The Gas prices seem to be one of the lowest in town. Diesel prices are about average. read more

I love filling up my tank and usually my stomach at truck stop gas stations. Flying Js are almost all the same and that consistency is reassuring after spending time behind the wheel and you're at the brink of a roadside meltdown. I don't know what the requirement for the shower facilities but the truck drivers use them and it may only be for those with CDLs. Ask at the counter next time if you're in need of a rinse. The only complaint I might have is that some merchandise is "airport" priced and much more than you would find at a regular department store or of course Amazon. You pay for convenience and by golly if you need a phone charger, you'll pay a bit of an upcharge. No big deal right? Thank you Flying J for taking care of so many people on the road. This location is fantastic for large motorhomes needing to fill up. There is plenty of room to maneuver your big rig and the store is fully stocked. The staff is super cordial as well. read more

This place is nothing more then a way to RIP off drivers with hight prices in the store and understaffed wait times for fuel and service can be long ... they are now charging Bob tails money to park . This place was just renovated. It's clean and showers are really nice. They have a diner in the place with pretty good food. There is plenty of parking but again get here early. I want to give it five stars because it's ALWAYS the cheapest gas prices around, and by like $0.15 too. But the truck stop connected attracts some shady people. I never really feel safe there unless I'm paying at the pump, fueling, and leaving. read more
