A woman of color fell and none of the staff called the ambulance, they just looked around confused holding her up, as if there was no set protocol to handle these situations. I had to take it upon myself to call. And then when I asked if the water leaks were preexisting, they acknowledged that the water leaks had been an issue they knew about. Kathy, and the other blonde young lady acknowledged this, but also got snippy when addressing the issue. I'm hoping these leaks get resolved and no one else has to get hurt now for the staff to be properly informed about safety procedures. read more

The manager in easton is very rude they need to get rid of her if she sees a customer struggling she laughs about it and chit chats about it

Out of Easton this giant has got to be the worse. The hot bar is never out on time and the employees at the deli station are rude whenever asked a question. I had a question in regards to where something was in the store and a Lady there told me it wasn't there problem since it was not part of there department. I had gotten into it with the lady who i'm pretty sure runs the department multiple times for her attitude. If you work in customer service you should act like it and not have alcohol on breath. Very unprofessional. It's like they stopped doing background checks on people and just hire any anyone. But what really did me in was the one time I had stopped in there to check out the halloween stuff and the whole time i was there i seen the same exact woman just talking to people around the store for HOURS while the people in her department were swamped with a line for the deli and im pretty sure her name was dona i think the employee at the front told me. But not to mention what should take like 5 minutes to get my deli takes about 20 because i have to scramble to find someone to take my order. overall this has to be the worst customer service giant i have ever gone to and experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Forks Easton to get your deli. They won't treat you like your invisible and will actually do their job and help you with whatever you need w no issues. read more

This is one of the nicer giants we've found and have started frequenting instead of one that is much closer to our house. This location has better selection, wider aisles, better lighting, and is overall a much nicer store. The staff had always been friendly and the store clean. read more

I did my online giant direct order to be picked up the next day and when I arrived they told me there was no order for me so the kid that I spoke told me that giant canceled my order and he did not know why so he gave me customer service number and I called it and no one has an order for me and they can't see and amount my order was 225 dollars and battling with giant back and forth since December 15 till now and still ongoing they won't give me my refund must have talked to 9 different people at customer service and no one can help me so I will be getting an attorney to sue them I have all my evidence and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.I will never shop at giant again read more

Trying to order platters from brochure for a party of about 50 people. Giant does NOT have a printed sheet to go with the brochure. I called deli no help you just have to come in. Called front desk and she said prices have gone up 5 to 10$ since last year. NO PAPER OE ON LINE list of the products. Acme does have so there fore I am going to ACME. I have never heard of anything so silly. Guess you do not want to sell the products. They look great TO BAD I just went on ACME in easton md and ordered 5 trays in 10 min got price and confirmation. read more

I shop at Giant in Easton all the time. Today I picked up a 6 pack of cube steaks for $18.11, and when I got home this was flip side of the steaks. I said was because I threw them out. So sad.waste of my money. Back to local butcher shop. read more

I'm officially done with this store. The produce spoils inside of a couple of days and today is the third time I've bought meat, gotten it home only to open it to a rancid smell like a punch in the face which means another trip back to the store. All three times it was just go grab another one (as if it happens all the time) and not even an apology for the inconvenience. UPDATE - second package (Kobe this time) was also rancid spurring a third trip back to get a refund and head to Wegman's. Still no apology. read more

Never had any issues until recent. We purchased cold cuts at the deli counter for our 3 little girls and we found long pieces of shredded plastic from the packaging of the boars head low sodium chicken included in between the slices of deli meat. This experience only proves that as a consumer you can never trust anything 100%. When I called and politely explained to the manager I was shocked at the care free attitude she had. read more

Unsanitary. I (again) saw a dog in the store, standing inside the cart, walking his dirty feet around where people put their food. No, it wasn't a service dog and EVEN IF IT WAS, it is still NOT ALLOWED to have the dog in the cart. Dogs walk in their own feces which carry germs and parasites, -Do you roll your groceries around on the ground at a dog park? No? Then keep your dogs out of the shopping carts. Dogs are great but not in the food store. This store has a great location which is a plus but on the other hand, I have never been comcerned about sanitation at competing stores. The positives: Pharmacy staff is excellent. The bakery is limited, but decent (if over-priced unless on sale). The mediocre: The deli is good IF AND ONLY IF you get one of the two decent, attentive, CLEAN assistants. Produce is a crapshoot (avoid the precut melons -- ick!). The bad: Uh, everything else? Cashiers range from helpful to completely incompetent. Stocking seems to be an afterthought. Even despite COVID shortages, several common items remain out of stock for weeks, which has been the pattern now for years. Sale stickers from previous weeks are often left up for months after expiry. The layout after the crappy remodel is horrible. Too many displays block aisles. Signage is usually misleading. Prices often scan higher than shelf sticker. Regularly get cheated $5+ per week. Conclusion: if not for proximity to my home and the excellent pharmacy staff, I'd shop elsewhere. read more

This is not only a grocery store...but a neighborhood support center. All through the pandemic, the staff was amazing. Whether we're looking for meats or produce, sushi or barbecued wings, this Giant has it all! Pharmacy is excellent...but most of all, the staff is excellent! I just had the WORST experience at Giant. Some sort of manager/executive was clearly visiting the store. He was talking loudly to two employees in the same aisle I was shopping. He practically ran me over as he went by; no apology or an excuse me. Worse, he kept referring to the employees as 'girls'. What decade is this? These women were older than me. He may want to work on being more considerate to both employees and shoppers. It makes me question the culture of Giant. read more

I have nothing negative to say about Giant. Whether I'm at the Easton or the Bartonsville or Wind Gap or Forks stores, I love the selection (lots of organic and also their own line of natural products). Clean store, well organized. It is my (much more often-used) alternative to Wegman's and even Kimberton. I also shop Aldi and Lidl. I shop for both quality and bargain. If I walk into a Giant (or Shop n Save in NJ), I know that I am in for a great experience. read more

The Pharmacy is the best! The staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgable. My dr is conservative about scripts, so Giant has been on the ball calling in refills & just making the system work. I got a script from the vet for a cat and they filled it. Love these folks! read more
