On top of not receiving our item even after placing a claim with UPS, the only solution offered by Giant Printing was to reprint and replace the item at full price. I understand they are "not a shipping company" but the tone used on the phone was beyond rude and aggressive, and part of the service offered is shipping. I usually ignore direct mail advertising. It can't go into the recycle bin quickly enough! But we were getting ready for a trade show, and Giant Printing's postcard arrived just as we were thinking about our booth graphics, and the style and value caught my eye. I warily gave them a call, and was impressed by what I heard. It was obvious that customer service and quality were foremost on their agenda. We had our 8'x10' booth banner printed, and everything about the process was great. Their responsiveness, communications, and professionalism really came through. When our banner arrived (early, I might add), we were so pleased with the quality! It just looked fantastic. The feel and look of the fabric was just right on. The one slight downside I would have is that once we got to the trade show, due to the way the booth was set up (we had a 10x20 booth, with the banner mounted in the center of the long back wall), the banner could not be mounted as tautly and cleanly as it would have in a 10x10 booth, but that is not Giant Printing's fault! We certainly knew going in that it could be an issue. The banner looked great, even with a few bumps and wrinkles. I would highly recommend Giant Printing's work. In your store locations, the same thing occurred. I'm amazed that a business can survive without a front runner who possesses strong social skills. They use dye-sublimation printing transferring your image to paper and then to polyester cloth. I read the last review and have a completely different opinion. I contacted Giant because I have used them with the other company I work with and the quality was fantastic, so I decided to use them again. I was on a short deadline. Ruth was helping me out and she said if I had the graphics in by a certain time/day, they could get it done. Well, that time came and went. I told them I couldn't get the images in time and that I would reach back out after traveling. Ruth was nice, prompt and courteous with everything, even when breaking the news that the deadline was passed. Howard, the owner said (after the deadline) if I could send it over by the next morning, they could have it printed THE SAME DAY!! Wow, I certainly wasn't expecting that and it saved me and made us look good at the show. The quality that Giant uses is the best, dye-sublimation. Whatever you do, don't use a company that prints directly on fabric, quality will be poor and over time it will look even worse. Giant uses the best process in the industry. For reference, I ordered the 10 x 8 Grommet Free backdrop. It folds up nice, easily fits into a suitcase, even in a carry-on and weighs maybe 5lbs. Anyway, I had a great experience with Giant Printing. Even if they didn't get my banner done before my deadline, the interaction with them was great. read more

I'm a big fan of this company and their staff/owner. From inception of each order I place until completion of the 10', 15' and 20' backdrops we receive the communication is beyond reproach. The quality of the material and the colors always impress me and our trade show booth visitors. I have bought about a dozen backdrops and about 4-5 full-color printed tablecloths from Howard/Ruth in the last 2 years. One of the things I like is their responsiveness via email. I try to avoid phone calls so I can keep a communications trail - which really matters when shipping to different sites/shows/hotel guests. ReachMaster, Inc. discovered Giant Printing on the internet (based in Texas just like us!) We called in urgent need of an 8'x 10' tradeshow backdrop... that we needed in a few days. I spoke to Howard, the owner, and he recommended a stock photo site online, how to position our information on the picture, and walked us through the entire procedure with many phone calls and emails in-between. We had to have this in 5 days and it arrived within 3 days. I also had to get instructions from Howard regarding how to upload the art files via their FTP site and he not only instructed me on how to do it, but recommended a new plugin that not only made this particular process easier, but is something I will use in the future for other things. The service was excellent. The best part was when we opened up the bag (which the backdrop was folded in), there was not one wrinkle on the backdrop. The fabric has a great quality to it and above all, the clarity of the picture and the rich "true" colors are picture perfect.
