If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I came after receiving a notification that a package arrived at 2:21 pm in A Saturday, I arrived at 2:30 only to see them already locking the doors, I walked up hoping that I could get my package. They completely ignored my stating at the door holymy service ani. After about 15 minutes while the manager was sweeping at the door, I knocked and he rudely yelled "We're closed" I went to my vehicle and called UPS customer service and was talking to them about the rude behavior and the the police showed up about a disturbance! read more

I just had my family reunion invitations printed at the UPS store in Elgin, TX. They did such a great job! They are professional, friendly, and quick. It was actually 2 small print jobs - 75 invitations and 25 fans (like are used at auctions). There were a couple of people ahead of me when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait long for my turn. I had emailed each document in .pdf format (sending via email is recommended), and they located it very quickly. We spent a few minutes discussing the size and type of paper, print options, and price, then he printed a sample for me to approve. In the few minutes it took to print the first job, we had a similar discussion about paper, options, and price for the second job. They completed my print jobs while I waited (I didn't have an appointment) and it only took about 45 minutes. There were only two people working while I was there, but they kept the flow of other customers moving along very quickly while simultaneously working on my print jobs. I am very pleased with the service, quality, and prices at The UPS Store. This was the second time I went to them for my printing needs, and I will be back next time! read more

If you want the happiest place on earth go to Disney, but don't go to The UPS Store in Elgin. I went there today for the first and hopefully the last time. Oh, if I need to ship something back, I guess I'll go there, but the people both employees and people that had to go there for something, all seemed so unhappy to be there. They offer a lot of services, but the prices would choke a horse. Faxing is $1.99 plus tax and you don't even get a smile, a thank you or even come back. This place should be rated as the unfriendliest place in Elgin, maybe even the unfriendliest place in Texas. And everything they do takes a long time. It was as if the employees were working in slow motion. I could have driven to an Office Supply in Austin and returned and still have saved time over The UPS Store in Elgin. read more

I have been to this location two times. Both times my package was refused by a large man that works here, my judgement is the manager. The first time my package was to be customer packed and I didn't know until drop off. I asked for packaging to purchase and was refused at first and then with attitude they got me new packaging and a lecture during my entire package processing. Second time my item had residual water in it (fishing waders) and it leaked out of the box. The lady was processing my package, very annoyed to have to tape it (please watch security camera footage) and the man walked up and refused my package due to water leaking. I asked to purchase a new box and he refused and said I needed to take it home and dry it. I asked for the corporate phone number, he started saying the number aloud with no "are you ready" or offering a pen/paper. I told him I didn't get the number and he didn't repeat it. I had to ask the lady to write it on a post it. While he was saying the number took my outer box off to trash it without permission. It wasn't heavily wet, one corner was wet. The man told me 3 times in different ways about ups not accepting wet packages, I asked him twice to stop lecturing me as he made himself clear the first time. He stated he wasn't lecturing me but informing me of ups policy. The lady was going to have me pay for my printed label and he commanded her to to me leave. I called the number he provided and it was customer service, not corporate I asked for, I was given the correct phone number. The customer service in my two experiences has been terrible and I felt I was inconveniencing them terribly. I haven't had this at any other store and I visit ups frequently. read more

Omg! I just visited this venue here next to the Domino's Pizza and I got in so quick and back out. It's about 8:51 AM. I read the reviews and I still came regardless of all the bad negative responses but everybody knows that you don't come in here with some dripping wet stuff to get boxed, since will tell you to have it box and if not, you know you're gonna have to get it boxed please bring it readily available to be boxed. Those two people that were on here reviews just had a bad day and they wanted to put it on somebody else. This is so horrible how people leave bad reviews and order to make people not come and visit. Me being a person who has a business we get disgruntled people that were mad already before they came in. They have an agenda. They got the meat before they come in. They assume that they're emergency is our emergency. This is unfair for businesses to deal with Karen's male or female if you know what I mean. I am an African-American woman and these people are not even the same races. I am so no racial tension in there. It's a good place to go ship so please disregard those negative reviews and some people saying that they have a drive-through window they're getting this one mixed up with another one in Illinois. They got to understand that they're posting negative stuff for the wrong store so this store is really like getting it OKso please leave them a good review if they give you good service like they did for me.
