Cathy and/or Laslo kept me in the loop on the work being done and when the vehicle would be ready. I was also impressed that Laslo didn't like the way the truck handled on the test drive so he pulled the wheels off and ordered another set of rotors and installed them. His attention to detail was awesome. I will definitely take my vehicle back to Laslo. Don L

I booked an appointment for an oil change on my RV on a Monday, was told they could get me in on…read moreFriday. I asked if I could drop it off the night before as they wanted it there by 7:00 am. I was told that would be okay and that they closed at 4:00. I showed up at 3:45 on the Thursday and nobody was there. I parked the RV where I was told to and dropped the keys through the door slot. I hadn't heard back by 3:00 pm on the Friday so I went to the shop. Adam the front counter guy looked confused and asked what I wanted done to the rig...he had totally forgotten the conversation! No work had been done and I had wasted my day and now I'm going out on the road with my old oil. Total incompetence, will never go back!
