Maxx said it would take 3 days; 2 weeks later, it still wasn't finished. The work Conan (their employee) did was horrible. He didn't sand properly and painted the risers and skirts before the staining. This left stain all over the newly painted risers and skirts. You can see the brush strokes in the paint; he may have spent 10 hours on the job the entire time. I called his Manager, Maxx, to come look at the work. Maxx walked in, said it was horrible, and agreed to refund my money. Maxx told me Conan was injured at Walmart, was in a coma at the hospital, and couldn't come back to finish the job. The quote was $4,100.00; I paid $3,000.00 down. I went to speak to Derek (the owner), and he refused to refund my money or send someone else out to fix the mess Conan made.
