No big problem, things happen, I understand. Two days later they resume and complete taking the tree down. However, they didn't remove the two trunks until days later. Also, the lawn was unnecessarily damaged by his backhoe carrying branches unnecessarily over large stretches of my lawn instead of utilizing the driveway nearby. They also dropped many logs onto my lawn resulting in many holes or divets that needed to be repaired by me. However, the worst part was the stump removal, or I should say lack thereof. I've included photos of what Brian repeatedly said was a sufficient removal of the stump. You be the judge. I didn't see this initially because the whole area was covered in stump grindings and assumed the stump underneath was gone. Brian is a smooth talker who will promise everything and deliver very little.

There was a lot of work to do and the only holdups were due to weather. You can't really move those machines over wet ground without doing more damage than good. Drue removed the railroad ties and installed a stone wall to line the patio. It was done really well, so we hired them again this year for a larger project. Our back yard has a slope of nearly 30 degrees and was covered with grass that needed constant attention. We hired Drue to install two 100 foot long stone walls to terrace the upper portion of the yard, remove invasive English ivy, and regrade to remove all the existing grass. They also removed several overgrown trees and a dead tree and installed new plants. This was a really big job that took three weeks to complete. We are extremely happy with the result.
