They showed up on time, did what they were contracted for and a bit more and did it very well. They moved some furniture, were careful about it and at all times worked at a steady but not rushed pace in a very deliberate way. They answered all my questions and were very professional in the way they conducted themselves. They were friendly but not overly familiar. The total time on site was about 2 hours, maybe a bit more. All this for $ 370 out the door including ScotchGuard treatment. I got 4 quotes. Prices were between $350 and $975. This is a second home that is occupied about 1/4 to 1/3 of the year or so and things don't get as much use as full time occupancy but being installed 5 years ago, the carpets needed cleaning. The results were better than I expected. When they were finished, the carpets look, smell and feel like the day they were installed. Given the quality of most services these days, I am pleasantly surprised. A job well done and professionally so for a fair price is quite rare these days, but I feel that's what I got. What's not to like?
