We left our home for 3 days while on vacation and Cole had the security code to come and go as he needed. He sent us updating pics of his work while we were on vacation showing his progress. What he didn't know was one pic captured the clock on the living room wall was indicating it was 1:50 AM because it was pitch dark outside thru the living room window. This young man was still on the job 'Getting R Done' I'm guessing Cole to be around 25-30 years old and if more of our youth worked this hard our country would be so much better off. His professional skills were EXCELLENT and his eye to detail was also EXCELLENT. He basically did this big job all by himself and I am very pleased with his work. I was lucky to get Cole from Rapid Dry but better yet Rapid Dry is lucky to have a man that loves to work. He never even stopped for lunch, just kept on going. My wife felt sorry he didn't eat for sometimes 12 hours or MORE so she would send him off with slices of pizza and ice tea she made.

He was polite and pleasant and we discussed what we needed to be done. We also decided to clean another sofa and our living room smaller rug and some white chairs that our one cat loves and of course had a lot of cat black fur on it. He also confirmed if we wanted estimate or to have work done. I wasn't going to shop around and compare rates I really went on high ratings (and read reviews), focused on a company that specialized in sofas and upholstery as many companies only did carpets (or had carpets solely in name and no pictures of sofas) and went with a company with longevity (25+ years in business I believe). In any case Jerhon went to work and fastidiously worked for 2.5-3 hours! He diligently and meticulously cleaned all our sofas and white chairs. They were immaculate afterwords...wow! There were some tough stains which have not completely disappeared but have faded so much that they are not really noticeable. I figured another couple of cleanings and prob will go away. He had mentioned that if we had pre-treated these stains in past or recently (we had) he could have used another cleanser etc. Next time we might go for that option. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

They charged nothing for that second visit, and then offered to come out a third time -- the sofa is lost regardless, so there was no point, but the offer was made. Two visits, one $375 bill, and a third offered free. They didn't save my sofa. They also didn't stop trying, and they didn't send me another invoice for the effort. I'd call them again.
