The company is great. They are a reasonable price and did make extra effort to do the job. I would recommend them highly.

Ames was very punctual and professional. Arrived on time and really knows his craft.

Excellent experience from start to finish! He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Everything was done quickly without ever feeling rushed, and the carpets came out looking great. What I appreciated most was how honest and helpful he was. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a few things we could do to better care for our carpets, and gave us some really helpful suggestions for other areas of the house. There was absolutely no pressure or unnecessary upselling, which is always refreshing. It's hard to find someone who does excellent work while also being trustworthy, straightforward, and easy to work with. We were extremely happy with the service and will definitely be hiring him again for additional work in our home. Highly recommend! read more

I've been hating the carpet in my condo (bedrooms and living room) but keep putting off replacing it. I decided to have the open areas cleaned in the interim to make it look a little better. Wow, what a difference. I don't hate it anymore. It almost looks like it could be new. And, it certainly was a lot cheaper and easier to have it cleaned than to replace it. Ames does fantastic work. read more

Pristine carpet and tile cleaning, I would like to hear from the corporate office as this is a franchise to my best knowledge. I requested the minimum service. I said I would possibly do the living room and kitchen. The person running The job came in my house looked around and said oh we're gonna do this big floor and we'll do the closet and deodorize it for you and clean it. The closet is clean, but the deodorizing did not work. He gave me a price of 1200 because he said he wanted a tip. I had to give the 10% to get past for final bill. There's examples of pictures where the tiles clean and the grout did not get clean specifically just under my sofa. The sofa was supposed to be moved to slid across the floor and steamed. I don't think it was, the picture are apparent. My baseboard got chewed up in the hallway by one of the machines obviously. There's multiple pictures of where the grout did not get cleaned although they looked like they did it when still wet! I did not stand over them. I was kind enough to bring them pizza and I got a half clean floor for $1500. That's very expensive for a job not well done, most of the floor is clean. I was told they sealed the floor. They showed me no product and three days later after completely dry the floor feels sort of sticky. This person who ran the job said he wanted to barbecue and he would be back to watch football. I made no invitation. I told him from across the room that he was addictive. He told me about his ADHD and alcoholism. This guy had no boundary. At that moment, I knew this would be a huge problem. I stayed away from him, the guy that was the helper did most of the work. They also connected my hose to their truck hose and let it leak all day down the gutter. I talked to the water company, and they said there was a big waste that day that I have to pick up because of the way they inadequately hooked my hose to their truck. In the end I paid a great deal of money for a job poorly done. I am left to paint the baseboards and move my sofa and clean behind it. I feel like I was railroaded and I got a half done job. Please don't hire these people. Here's the photos. There is absolutely no reason for a response from the two men that did this job. I don't wanna hear it from them. Don't call me. Don't text me and don't respond to this. I'm already disgusted and disappointed. There were no favors done for me that day and that's all they could talk about. I was told that they would also clean my vents. Nothing was sealed off and he had me count the air vents in the ceiling. I still can't figure that out and nothing was cleaned in my vents. I was told they were clean. Additional pictures could've been added, but I got tired of looking around the room and finding so much dirty grout. They did a terrible job very disappointing for the money don't use them and if you do expect to pay a double water bill for all the water that will go down your gutter then they complained about my solar panels being dusty. I told them I already had a regular service and I have them done every six months. The guy who ran this job is definitely an addict of some kind pushy inappropriate. The whole day was a nightmare. I'd rather live with dirty grout than have this done again. This guy just wants to take advantage and I guess I was an easy target. That doesn't feel good the way things work in this world it's sick. He showed me a picture of his puppy and a cat. He was an idiot and could barely clean a floor. He sat in his air-conditioned car and watched the other guy finish up and he didn't hook my hose up right when they left. It's so disappointing to see this damage and the dirtiness of the floor still. If there's anything corporate can do to help me out I would listen. This review stands as an honest review. I got terrible service. There are uncleaned areas in the areas that I allowed and the exchange was horribly intimidating and it shouldn't have happened. This review will stand have your corporate contact me. read more

Ames is the owner of Pristine Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I've been using them for 10 years and they are excellent! I have a condo upstairs that has carpet in it and I'm not putting in tile because I don't want owners below to complain of noise so Ames cleans upstairs about every quarter. This time I had them clean the tile in kitchen and both bathrooms. It looks so good! They are on time and customer service is excellent! Thanks Ames read more

Excellent and prompt service. Had a white linen bed professionally cleaned by them and it came out great

Very prompt and willing to work. Fair price and did their work immediately. Polite and treated you like they appreciate you as a customer.

These guys were great! We had a whole house of (used to be!) white floor tile and two bedrooms of carpet that had ink stains. The floor tile came out looking brand new and the stains on the carpets were gone! In addition they were prompt in taking care of us, did things we didn't even ask them to do, and were friendly and courteous throughout. Highly recommended! read more

Ames & team did an amazing job getting stains out of my wool carpet. Knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I want to be clear about my feedback to you and your company. 1. Despite your assurances, you did not take care of me. Really at all. The stain remains, decreased yes but still visible. You never showed up on day expected, and no communication. And your tech managed to upset a number of neighbors - all in about 15 minutes. 2. Your tech arrived yesterday and behaved disrespectfully towards neighbors with yelling and cursing. He will claim he "didn't start it". That is relevant whether true or not, yelling and cursing at a job site is never acceptable! Not ok. 3. Your tech parked such that he was blocking others' access. Not ok. Didn't ask me for alternative. 4. Your tech arrived on site with an attitude toward me that was hostile, as if I had woken him from his weekend and disrupted his plans. Not ok. My faith that your company would be able to handle this job was entirely misplaced. read more

I have white carpets and Pristine brought them back to life again! They really do pristine work! They are the best!

i'm really impressed with the work done on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The exterior looks fantastic, and the interior cleanup was honestly the most impressive part. He managed to remove three years worth of dog hair which I didn't think was possible. You can tell they take pride in the work and pays attention to the details. The Jeep looks and feels refreshed, and the results succeeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough high-quality detail. read more

Shadiest company I have ever dealt with. You will know exactly what I mean if you just call and listen to the main guy talk--scam vibes from the start, and I should have trusted my gut. If you do a little extra web/yelp search (which I already did for you), you'll find that they had a previous business under a similar name with terrible reviews, for good reason. They changed what I asked for, charged more, and worst of all, I never agreed to any tile cleaning. While on-site, he did an unsolicited "sample cleaning" on a small section of tile--this was a rental I was moving out of. That "sample" left a bright white patch at the front door, making the rest of the tile look dirty. The landlord and new tenants were understandably upset (not because I made it dirty in the new months I lived there - the landlord doesn't clean it regularly between ever renter, which I knew when I moved in. Didn't bother me when I moved in because it wasn't super dirty, just normal tile). I was forced to pay this same company to clean the entire floor--clearly their plan from the beginning. When I tried to push back, one of them blamed "the boss." Turns out they are co-owners--I caught them lying. They manipulate, deceive, and will find any way to take your money. Avoid these guys at all costs. read more

We called Pristine to clean our tile floors (and grout). The good news - they did an excellent job, the floors look great. The bad news - they're outrageously expensive. The 2 workers arrived, did the work and were finished in 90 minutes. It cost $1200 - which means we paid each worker $400 an hour. Not acceptable. read more

Aimes, Robert and his father cleaned 3 carpets, one of which was sisal. The result for the sisal was disappointing but we were forewarned that they are hard to clean. Two were taken up and out for cleaning. One wool of the 3 carpets was cleaned around the edges, not perfect, because it could not be moved. They also cleaned our tile floors which was their their most significant accomplishment - rough finished porcelain throughout our 2000 sq ft home came very clean which we were very happy with. No written invoice was signed before the work began. The initial quote was a verbal agreement. The whole job turned out to be quite more expensive than agreed to initially. We would caution anyone dealing with Pristine that they must be certain that they are dealing with Aimes and that they use proper invoicing. We were fooled by the arrival at our door of "Pristine Steam" and did not realize that it was another by the name of Pristine until after we had given them a cash down payment and then Aimes showed up for the same agreed appointment!! read more

We had Ames and his team help us on 2 services: a tile/floor deep clean and polish, and a last-minute vacation rental clean on a tight schedule on NYE due to a personal matter for our usual cleaner. The tile cleaning a few months ago was transformative to our home - we have older terrazzo tiles and they looked much newer when Ames and team were done (see photos)! We are especially so grateful for the last-minute clean for our vacation rental, incredibly helpful and reliable. We are super grateful for Ames and his team - thorough and prompt communication, highly dependable and responsible in the quality of service they provide, and goes the extra mile. My fear was that 5 years of ignoring the carpet (except for vacuuming once a week) meant that the best possible result would be lightening of the ground-in asphalt. Long story short: Pristine cleaned our carpets late last year. The cleaners were prompt and polite and the carpets looked great, but quickly seemed to collect dirt. The owner of the business quickly scheduled on of his teams to come back and redo the carpets to our satisfaction. I suspect that their extraction machine may have had a malfunction on the prior cleaning, as the carpets took an unusually long time to dry. This time everything was great. Clearly this company is owned by an indiviudal who cares about his reputation, his business and the happiness of his customers. read more

We were going to get rid of our rug when I thought we should clean it instead. Ames was able to have our rug cleaned the same day. Robert came out and he was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable. I've never had to have floor tile and grout cleaned, but Ames of Pristine walked me through the process and the different parts to consider. He suggested I send him a few pix of my floors so that he could give me some idea of cost without my having to wait for them to come out to do an estimate. Very convenient, and they could then schedule the cleaning. When Robert arrived, he did the measuring and gave the estimate, and because I agreed, I let them start right away. They were very professional and did a great job. My floors haven't looked so good since they were installed! I highly recommend Prestige. read more
