I want to be clear about my feedback to you and your company. 1. Despite your assurances, you did not take care of me. Really at all. The stain remains, decreased yes but still visible. You never showed up on day expected, and no communication. And your tech managed to upset a number of neighbors - all in about 15 minutes. 2. Your tech arrived yesterday and behaved disrespectfully towards neighbors with yelling and cursing. He will claim he "didn't start it". That is relevant whether true or not, yelling and cursing at a job site is never acceptable! Not ok. 3. Your tech parked such that he was blocking others' access. Not ok. Didn't ask me for alternative. 4. Your tech arrived on site with an attitude toward me that was hostile, as if I had woken him from his weekend and disrupted his plans. Not ok. My faith that your company would be able to handle this job was entirely misplaced. read more

i'm really impressed with the work done on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The exterior looks fantastic, and the interior cleanup was honestly the most impressive part. He managed to remove three years worth of dog hair which I didn't think was possible. You can tell they take pride in the work and pays attention to the details. Shadiest company I have ever dealt with. You will know exactly what I mean if you just call and listen to the main guy talk--scam vibes from the start, and I should have trusted my gut. If you do a little extra web/yelp search (which I already did for you), you'll find that they had a previous business under a similar name with terrible reviews, for good reason. They changed what I asked for, charged more, and worst of all, I never agreed to any tile cleaning. While on-site, he did an unsolicited "sample cleaning" on a small section of tile--this was a rental I was moving out of. That "sample" left a bright white patch at the front door, making the rest of the tile look dirty. The landlord and new tenants were understandably upset (not because I made it dirty in the new months I lived there - the landlord doesn't clean it regularly between ever renter, which I knew when I moved in. Didn't bother me when I moved in because it wasn't super dirty, just normal tile). I was forced to pay this same company to clean the entire floor--clearly their plan from the beginning. When I tried to push back, one of them blamed "the boss." Turns out they are co-owners--I caught them lying. They manipulate, deceive, and will find any way to take your money. We called Pristine to clean our tile floors (and grout). The good news - they did an excellent job, the floors look great. The bad news - they're outrageously expensive. The 2 workers arrived, did the work and were finished in 90 minutes. It cost $1200 - which means we paid each worker $400 an hour. Not acceptable. read more

Aimes, Robert and his father cleaned 3 carpets, one of which was sisal. The result for the sisal was disappointing but we were forewarned that they are hard to clean. Two were taken up and out for cleaning. One wool of the 3 carpets was cleaned around the edges, not perfect, because it could not be moved. They also cleaned our tile floors which was their their most significant accomplishment - rough finished porcelain throughout our 2000 sq ft home came very clean which we were very happy with. No written invoice was signed before the work began. The initial quote was a verbal agreement. The whole job turned out to be quite more expensive than agreed to initially. We would caution anyone dealing with Pristine that they must be certain that they are dealing with Aimes and that they use proper invoicing. We were fooled by the arrival at our door of "Pristine Steam" and did not realize that it was another by the name of Pristine until after we had given them a cash down payment and then Aimes showed up for the same agreed appointment!! read more

Long story short: Pristine cleaned our carpets late last year. The cleaners were prompt and polite and the carpets looked great, but quickly seemed to collect dirt. The owner of the business quickly scheduled on of his teams to come back and redo the carpets to our satisfaction.
