Now keep in mind that our house is a doublewide manufactured home. Unfortunately, our heater and A/C unit is not high end equipment but it keeps us cool in the summer and warm during fall and spring. Our main heating source is a wood burner we installed the moment we moved in. Rural utilities run high and we just enjoy heating with wood. We had our new unit installed today and we are so thankful it went smooth and quick. A total of 5 installers came to our house this morning and were complete before lunch. Also keep in mind that we had them install our unit in a didferent location than the old unit. They removed the old unit and took it with them they also cleaned up after themselves. We have used them before for regular service and repairs but I was very pleased with todays service. I did go to their office to pay in person and asked about the warranty on the unit. I was explained what it was and of course I am sure the brand and type of unit warranty may be different so I don't want to disclose ours because it may not be the same for everyone based on the type and brand of units. I was then told that they (Georgetown Advantage Air) register all warranties so it's done and complete. I just want to say that everyone was very nice and we appreciate their work because now we can sleep comfortably. Thanks again!!!

She called her sister in Versailles but her recommendation of a past plumber she had used previously was closed for the weekend. So I did a search on Yelp first, skipping over a couple of plumbers with some not so good reviews and found Bluegrass advertised as being 24/7 and Shonda C.'s review listed first. She is in my friends list and I trust her reviews. I also saw photo's of the business owner and his family, plus some of his past work, indicating to me I was looking at an honest man. But to be sure, I utilized BBB for a background check and found zero complaints in the past year, an A+ rating and that they were BBB Accredited. So I gave them a call. Ron answered the phone at 7:52 am on a Saturday. This was a huge indicator to me I was going to be doing business with a good company. He told me he had one customer ahead of me but that he would be over between 11:30-12:30 and that he would call thirty minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He called me back at 10:26 am and arrived in 15 minutes. He assessed the work to be done, quoted a price, then left to pick up a new water heater and associated parts & pieces and arrived back around an hour later. I doubled checked with my sister, who owns five houses, on his quoted price and found he came in little bit less than her prediction. Ron and his son, who was helping him, installed a new water heater, and upgraded the water pipes and gas line, along with new valves on both, to meet today's codes. He completed the work in two and a half hours. We were completely 100% satisfied with the work, his timeliness, consideration of cleanliness and knowledge of his trade.
