These guys are AMAZING! They painted my Mom's whole house and did a SPECTACULAR job. They patched several holes in the wall and matched the texture perfectly. Roland and his team are some of the best around! They did an exceptional paint job on the exterior of my townhouse which was no easy feat (it's tall with lots of surfaces). Roland provided a fair estimate and showed up when he said they would...(this kind of service is tough to come by these days!) His team even went above and beyond by helping to secure my deck railings which were loose prior to painting. 8 months after I still can find no fault in the work. Horrible customer service. Contacted Roland Gibson for a quote for a potential exterior painting job. He told me he would have the quote to me within a certain timeframe. That timeframe passed. I touched base soon after to follow up since he didn't follow through with the quote, and he assured me (a second time) he would have the quote for me "For sure" later that day. He didn't follow through(a second time). I contact him, yet again, for follow-up. He responds, "I'm sorry but I'm gonna pass on the job." No explanation given. didn't follow through (either time) on providing an estimate, and final response was not only short and rude, but overall unprofessional. So thankful I didn't hire this one. Blessing in disguise. Very poor business ethic - very, very poor. Stay away from this one. read more

From the start, I received excellent customer service from Roland Gibson, he was very responsive and considerate and I got a good feel from him right away. That wonderful customer service carried on throughout the project...I am so pleased to have found this company. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner and my condo looks really great! Roland pays close attention to quality and his pricing is really affordable. Even when needing to do some minor touch-up, Roland came out the next day to resolve it.
