Horrible HORRIBLE service! There were two young ladies helping me out because it was my first time…read moreprinting something there. I had thought they had already started on my request. Well to find out they didn't. I waited there like a dumb person trying to get help, I asked them what the email was and told me there was a paper that said it. I put that email shown on the paper multiple times and sent my images. They kept saying they didn't get it so I kindly asked if they were able to type it onto my phone. She instead told me the errors to the email. I then fixed them and still nothing had gotten sent. Then the girl rudely told the other young girl to see my errors. She told her with an attitude because I interrupted their conversation that had nothing to do with helping me out. They knew I was having a hard time but didn't take it for granted. Finally I got it all figured out and they rudely told me my total and even after I said thank you in the nicest way possible they just turned their faces at me. Let me remind you, these girls were around 19-23! So yes they were young but old enough to understand that a minor needed help! At the end I got my papers after waiting several minutes.

I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews. Obviously I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I wish I had.
