Horrible HORRIBLE service! There were two young ladies helping me out because it was my first time printing something there. I had thought they had already started on my request. Well to find out they didn't. I waited there like a dumb person trying to get help, I asked them what the email was and told me there was a paper that said it. I put that email shown on the paper multiple times and sent my images. They kept saying they didn't get it so I kindly asked if they were able to type it onto my phone. She instead told me the errors to the email. I then fixed them and still nothing had gotten sent. Then the girl rudely told the other young girl to see my errors. She told her with an attitude because I interrupted their conversation that had nothing to do with helping me out. They knew I was having a hard time but didn't take it for granted. Finally I got it all figured out and they rudely told me my total and even after I said thank you in the nicest way possible they just turned their faces at me. Let me remind you, these girls were around 19-23! So yes they were young but old enough to understand that a minor needed help! At the end I got my papers after waiting several minutes. read more

They are the rudest people ever. They change a ridiculous amount for printing an email label or taping a box. $2.30 for printing the 1/2 sheet black and white label. If you ever need polite service that doesn't involve Amazon QR codes go to Atwater Postal Connections where they might charge you 25 cents for the printed label and taping. This UPS store workers and managers are all so very rude and charge a fraudulent amount for POOR SERVICE and a single sheet of paper. If it weren't for Amazon QR codes, I'm sure this place would be non existent. The UPS store across the street from them are 100 times better and so is the Postal Connections. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE- filed complaint to headquarters and will write demand letter and pursue action. spoke with Owner kuldeep Singh, a con artist, he miscommunicated with me and misquoted me. I specifically asked him to quote me for 3 boxes and he said around $100, (he even weighed it) he rang me up for $400. I wanted my stuff back but because I didn't want to pay for 3 boxes that he packaged ($93) now he gets to keep and hold my property and dispose it after a week if I don't pay. HE LIED, I don't need an explanation of cost of boxes and tape. That's your fault for lying to me. Also, Ups driver showed up and he started to argue with him as well smh read more

The owner and staff is very professional and courteous. I visit their store almost every week for business mailing and they always make sure that my previous mail got to the destination on time. i was surprised to find that they can send either UPS or USPS so costs can be compared at one site. That makes it so convenient! There was a mistake made, but when they found out, they made it right! Owner is very rude! Yelled at me for entering without a mask even though there was no signage saying masks were required. When questioning him why there was no signage his reply was that it is the "law" On another visit my wife had an another Amazon return. She was forced to buy a roll of packing tape because the box was not taped shut. Mind you it was a small box requiring a 6" piece of tape. Unfortunately this is the closest approved place to return our Amazon packages. I always use the veteran owned TLC across the street for all other transactions. They actually know how to provide customer service and only use the UPS establishment when forced to. read more

The employees here are always friendly and can usually serve customers in a timely manner; despite their long lines. The actual storefront lobby is very small, so just a handful of customers inside will make it appear to be jam packed. This is a very convenient access point for pick up when home or office deliveries are missed and they also handle Amazon returns. read more

I recently went to return a Ninja Foodi back to Amazon and I am almost sure the person kept the Ninja Foodi. When I walked in, the man at the counter made a comment on what I was returning. He asked why I was returning it. He then proceeded to scan the code and then asked if I was sure that was the right code. After that he gave me a bad vibe. I left the place with an uneasy feeling. So I waited for a return confirmation from Amazon and I never received it. I checked my app to see if the return was in process and the status never changed. She started getting upset because I confused 2 of my QR codes for my Amazon return & I couldn't understand what she was asking so I asked to see my little receipt things that they give back to you. She started tapping her fingers and I told her I didn't need the attitude. She then started saying something about customers saying misplacing items and what not and I told her I never once said that. And she started getting an even worse attitude and raised her voice. Never will return to this UPS store ever. Lost a customer that enjoyed coming here for printing things & what not. She needs customer service skills or something, not my fault I can't hear you nor understand you. She really shouldn't be dealing with people. Complaint: Kuldeep Singh UPS store #5927. Yesterday I returned two packages, one being an Amazon package that is free to code, pack and ship, he insisted he had to charge me for packaging although I was explaining to him that the Amazon is telling me it should be free. So he charged me for packaging, I came back a minute later with the app pulled up to specifically show him where it says free and he just kept saying there was nothing he can do. So I asked for my packages back but he would not return me my packages. Although they were right there and when I say I left for a minute, I literally walked to the truck, told my husband, and came back to the store to figure it all out. He continues to not help me, meanwhile he is raising his voice at me, getting extremely defensive about the situation and I had to tell him to lower his voice multiple times. He just said to call Amazon and they'll help me. I was also picking up a package. I had received an email that said it was at this specific location and to have my ID at hand. I told him ok I just want to pick up my package then. He rudely yanks my license from me, goes to his register, checks something for not even 10 seconds and says there is nothing here. Basically throws my license onto the counter towards me and walks away. I walked out of there crying. My husband walks back in there another minute later to complain about his actions. Kuldeep showed he actually is capable of lowering his voice and gives my husband his apologies. When my husband asks about the package, he tells him that yes, they do have my package. read more

Guy claims he is knowing what he is doing but after trusting in his word our paperwork was returned and had to start completely over due to his mistake! Instructions clearly stated that there should be a double signature on form with a dual notary but he insisted it was ok with just on signature. Complete fraud and would not work with us when we brought the paperwork back to him. Acted as if he knew nothing then was saying it was our fault. I went to the UPS store and was quoted about $300-$400 for them to copy 150 wedding invitations. I about fell over when I was told the price, because I am a bride on a budget. With this in mind and starting to stress over it all. I took my mother's advice and went over to TLC in Atwater, to speak with the owner Chris. Turns out he has been in the UPS and shipping business for a lot longer than the UPS store, and the UPS store opened up right across the street from him. He beat the UPS printing price by hundreds of dollars, and made it fun for me and my children while he was doing the print job. I highly recommend that you go to TLC postal for all of your shipping and printing needs. I've been visiting this UPS store for years. They have always been consistent with great customer service. I send a lot of packages to my family back east and I have a bad habit of waiting until the last possible minute to mail them off in order for them to arrive when I need them to. Recently I decided it was time to write a review because I was more than pleased at how much care and effort was put into boxing up my Mothers Day gift. I think the owner makes sure that when hiring employees "perfectionist" is on their resume! I'm a company owner myself and a few years ago had them take over making my business forms and cards.
