I dropped off three items to have a name embroidered, for my daughter's first day of daycare. I dropped them off with a week notice and informed the staff during drop off of the deadline which these were needed for. My daughter's first day of daycare approached I called and was told they would be "done by the end of the week". When the "end of week" arrived I called again for a status and was told they would be ready the following week. I referenced the timeline I was previously provided and was transferred to the owner who informed me there was a question on the thread color and the staff who took the order had been out all week. In my opinion this is a poor excuse to delay my order since I am the customer and my contact information is attached to the order and I could have been called, as owner I feel this type of problem solving should have been accounted for to keep the customer's order on track or at least a call informing me of the delay. I wouldn't recommend this place. The employees are rude and not knowledgeable about what they're selling. The turnover time to get a letterman jacket is 13+ weeks even though they tell you 6-8 weeks. Quality of the jacket wasn't a wow factor especially when paying over $600. Horrible service, will not be returning or referring anyone here. read more

This place is the worst. I took in a brand new Columbia jacket and requested an American flag on the shoulder. I told the lady exactly what I wanted. When I got the coat back. It was nothing like I ordered. The flag was lopsided and uneven. With the stars not reversed as I ordered. The lines were not aligned. I then asked for a patch to cover up the flag. They told me they cant't get any, I would have to bring in my own, so I did. By this time. I am so upset I just ask to give me back the coat. However they had already sent it in with the patch to get sewn on. I arrive today and no patch was put on. There was also another lady in, at the same time complaining. I usually never write reviews, but this place is so bad and incompetent I would never go back or recommend to anyone. Stay away. FYI see the attached picture. Updated review: previously I had used this business for many different things as a teacher. Our school needs designed shirts for our students, staff and teachers. I was always pleased with their service up until my most recent interaction with them. Our small business went to them for a smaller level of shirts and we were not treated with the same level of respect or priority. I felt like teachers and schools is their bread and butter so they treated me differently when we were just another "small business." Apparently we didn't matter. I am very disappointment about this because we will not only have to take our business elsewhere but I will have to let me committees, along with my grade level shirts be taken care of by another company. No greeting, just a look as if we'd interrupted something . . . perhaps using her smartphone on the job? Anyway, we quickly perused the limited inventory and commented politely that the high school in Ceres was not represented. No response, just an empty/angry glare as she waited impatiently for us to leave so she could return to whatever she was doing in the backroom. Don't bother. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but this was a must! My pregnant wife and I were expecting a baby girl in less than a week. I told Greg (the owner) that we had to get our little girls named embroidered on her blanket (that we got last minute). He was very friendly and said no problem. THE NEXT DAY he called and said he was all finished and it was just in time! We will definitely be coming back and we are very impressed with Gregs gracious and timely manner! Service is horrible here. I used them once before to make a company shirt. No issues with that order. I needed more done. Dropped off the shirts and was told I can pay when I pick up. 2 weeks later the shirts still weren't done and was told that they had not started because there was no payment. Not once did someone call and tell me that. I called in and there were ZERO apologies and no offer of any remedy. Owner called me and said I can either pick up the shirts and get a refund or they can get them done for me. I will NOT be using them again. Their service is probably horrible because they do not care about smaller orders since their primary business comes from the local schools. I am a business owner and I would never allow a customer to say we have horrible customer service without at least trying to remedy the situation. Based on other reviews this is a common theme. Remember an apology can go a long way. read more

I ordered a school sweatshirt for my daughter from Crivelli's. I asked for the same design as the T-shirt, but on a hoodie. Ended up getting different colors and the paw print graphic overlapped the words. It looked terrible. I asked to speak to a manager and she agreed that it didn't match, but wouldn't give me my money back or fix it! She said, yeah, that was supposed to be gold, not yellow, but there's nothing we can do about it! read more

Very disappointed. Went in with my daughter and bought some shirts for spirit days at school, over $80. One of them had a rather high neckline, went in to return it. Only wanted store credit to buy a more expensive sweathirt, only to be notified that sale items are not returnable for any reason. Could not even get bigger size. Never was told by unfriendly store clerk two days prior. So upset just left the shirt there. Will not be returning EVER!! This is a small town no need for bad customer service and strict return policies. read more

I was not impressed with the customer service! I had taken 2 shirts in on the Thursday before the 4th of July. They told me they would be ready the following Tuesday, I asked if they could be ready the next day and they said they would try their best. They said they could have them ready Friday afternoon, but I declined since I would be leaving in the morning. I told them that Tuesday would be fine. I sent them an email of the image I wanted printed and the young girl working also took a picture with her phone, "just in case the email didn't come through". I received a call from the young girl on Tuesday stating they didn't receive the email and asked me to resend it. Obviously my order wasn't going to be ready like they said and the clerk no longer had the picture on her phone. Why did it take them 3+days to call me about the email! I got a call on Wednesday to let me know my order was ready. I picked up my order and it was done incorrectly! They told me they'd fix it by the afternoon. I got a phone call at 5:15pm letting me know it was ready. (They close at 5:30) When I picked them up the clerk was not friendly. She simply handed me the shirts and after I looked them over she said, " your all set". Not even so much as a thank you, sorry for the inconvenience, we appreciate your business, did the shirts turn out right, Nothing!! I said thank you and left. I don't think I'll be taking my business there in the future. They obviously do not appreciate it! read more

I bought a football discount card from Denair pop warner group. The card says CRIVELLI'S $10 off $40 or more. It says nothing about in store only or not on custom orders. So I thought perfect. On December 17, 2015 I took 2 shirts into Crivelli's to have them put Gymnastics Unlimited on the front (in purple) and my daughters name blank's Nana & blank's Grandma on the back for Christmas presents. She wrote on the tag they were for Christmas. The 2 shirts I brought in cost $53.00 and the refused to get me $10's off. I said ok fine. They called Friday December 18, said they were done. I went into pick them up on Monday December 21, to find they did the wrong color. She blamed it on me. I said no you had it in the computer right you changed it. They with a attitude said they would fix it and call me when they would be done the 2nd time, by Christmas Eve. I got no phone call. So on December 24 3:00p I went down to check what was going on. They closed early without notice. NO sign in the window. They had a sign for December 25 & 26, but nothing for the 24th. December 28, 2015 I went in to get my shirts that were to be done on December 24th. They were so rude. Greg Crivelli was the rudest. All they had to do is say sorry and say we should have called you to let you know we were closing early. But No he refused and blamed me again and again. I then told him I want $10 or I was going to stop payment on my credit card. He then gave me the money. I have been in customer service my whole life. I worked at Nordstrom and they taught me, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! If you don't care if you get treated like dirt the use them. But I think most people want to be treated like they are wanted. Like the store needs you and wants your business. Please pass this on to all your friends. There is other store that I'm sure will treat you like you are the most important person to their business. read more
