My first order of prints came in less than 2 weeks without rush shipping, I ordered prints of digital paintings on watercolor paper that look like they were painted right on. I have a show coming up that I wanted to sell some prints of my pencil drawings at. I've never ordered prints online before so I ordered just 1 as a test print, & while it is a good print & looks exactly like the original, The printing is not exact on sizing. I got a 5x7 so it should've gotten my artist mark at the bottom. But it cut off half of it. So i'm gonna have to cut the bottom off & resign it by hand. Which ain't a big deal for just 1, but if you have more than that, it can be a huge pain in the ass & make them not fit correctly in frames. The quality is great, but I don't like that even after resizing it myself to be sure that it got everything, it simply didn't. So just be warned. read more

After ordering a handful of sporadic prints , I ran into my first issue. It was more than likely a fault of the delivery service. Anyway, I submitted a ticket, communicated with a representative and they began reprocessing my order. With it being Christmas time I didn't expect to get the print until after the holidays. Without requesting anything special, Giclee Today immediately processed the order, rushed shipping and I received the item in a mater of days during the Christmas rush! I am a professional artist and when I found Giclee Today after trying other way more expensive but often disappointing companies, I hit gold here. I order Giclee prints regularly for my clients (every few weeks) and they often say that the results (my watercolor images on Giclee Today's watercolor studio paper) look like the original painting. AND the prints can be any size, and are very very affordable. Since I order each print 1 at a time and front-pay for them this is critical to me. I'm reading some of the negative reviews here and I'm perplexed. I have had nothing but excellent results and very timely service. I recently had an exhibit and needed 24 large prints created. Not only was the quality excellent, but the job was also printed very quickly, and the packaging demonstrated great care and expertise.
