I visit this UPS Store a few times every year. They are always friendly and efficient. I'm also always amazed at how quickly my shipments arrive at their destinations, with accurate tracking. So much better than USPS! I've actually had such a good experience with UPS that I stopped using the post office completely the last 3+ years. I highly recommend the UPS store for quick shipping. And the cost is about the same as USPS, but significantly faster! read more

I rely on this place for my Amazon returns/exchanges. The staff are friendly and accommodating and do their best to get you in and out quickly. I don't have a printer at home and can use their customer station to print out return labels if needed, for a fee. Some returns now use a code, which UPS just scans, you don't even need to pack up the item. It is also convenient that they are attached to Giant. read more

If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would have done that. My fiance dropped off wedding envelopes last Thursday, 8/5, to have addresses printed on them. We were told that they would be finished by the end of the week. Monday of THIS week rolled around and we still had not heard anything about our envelopes. My fiance called and was told that Mark, the manager would return her call. Monday came and went with no return phone call. She called again yesterday, Tuesday, and was again told that the manager, Mark, was unavailable and would return her call. Surprise, no return phone call. The store is located in our local Giant supermarket where we do our food shopping, so we decided we would check on them this afternoon after we finished getting our groceries. Literally, while we were shopping, my fiance received an email from Mark the manager saying that his print guy ran out of time on Friday (8/6), and was on vacation all this week. "Would Monday, 8/16, work?" I regress... 1. We were initially told that the envelopes would be done by the end of the week (in a few days, in other words, and now we're looking at 10 days?) No, doesn't work. 2. Mark knew that these were wedding envelopes for wedding invitations. As most understand, there are time-sensitive deadlines when planning a wedding, and getting invites out is one of them. 3. And finally, why were we not contacted at the end of the work day on Friday, 8/7, to say that the earliest the invites could be done would be Monday, 8/16? A simple, "Would you like to come pick them up and make other arrangements, or will this work," would have been pretty easy. We could have picked them up on Saturday and had them printed elsewhere and in our guests' mailboxes at this point. Overall, this store seems to be painfully mismanaged. We got an "I'm sorry" from Mark in the store, and a follow up email saying he could still get them done by Monday if we can't find another option...well, we did....right down the street at Staples. They will be done tomorrow. If printing wedding materials are not a priority for a store that offers printing services, I am not sure what is. Not only will be not be using this store for printing work, we also will not be using them for future shipping needs. If they dropped the ball on something like this, it is likely they are fumbling elsewhere. I did not read the previous 42 reviews, but 2.5/5 stars indicates that my assumptions are most likely correct. -Ben Walton read more

Mark and Matt at the UPS store Glocker Way did a great job printing out name cards, table place cards, and envelopes for my daughter's bridal shower and my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The font and color were perfect, just what I wanted. read more

Not a very good experience with this store. 1) The items prepared and packaged were not done properly, with very little bubble wrap and void fill used, resulting in one of the items being broken in shipment. Mistakes happen and I was patient with the owner to have this issue resolved, but this lead to: 2) Poor follow through and poor customer service. The owner was not helpful in resolving the issue. I had to leave numerous phone calls, messages, and emails to try and coordinate filing a claim, and each step of the way the owner dragged his feet and did not follow through on his commitment to resolve this issue. Sometimes responses took days and voice message wentt completely unanswered. After 4 months of my reminders, he kept blaming his system, or a conference or some other reason instead of actually resolving the issue and following up as he said he would. I write this review to help guide others from using this store. If you need dependable shipping with customer service that will assist you and follow through on their commitments, please find another store and only use this location as a very last resort. read more
