The thing is, rather than refund the credit card I paid with, they wrote a check which I must pick up. I live a half hour away. Nick, I contacted the NYS Department of Consumer Protection about this. Additionally, the charging station for my 2nd automower was rewired incorrectly by Nick's. That automower is now at Husqvarna for repair. I expect I will need to take Nick to small claims court for compensation.

My black recliner has two separate cushions one for the head and one for the back and they had the stitching coming out of the fabric which is I believe a pleather fabric. He was able to fix the lower cushion he had to replace the upper cushion but I had the material so he can make a pattern and I am very happy with it.

Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. We didn't even know exactly where it was, but Frasier & Son spent the time in the rain looking around for it. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed more than fair for how much work they put in, and we'll certainly be calling them up for any septic needs going forward. Thanks guys!
