I had a great experience with Rosick. My well pump was acting up and I called them out to check it out. The guys were friendly, polite, and helpful. Turns out the well pump that had been put in 33 years ago had finally started to go, Rosick had drilled and installed it back in 1987. The ladies that came a few days later were excellent. They were careful to preserve my wife's flowers while they pulled and replaced the old pump and wiring. They welcomed my questions the entire time and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Hopefully this pump will last as long as the one they installed 33 years ago! Back in June, Rosick came out to change the foot valve in my well. Living up in Schroon Lake, it is sometimes hard to get people to come out. Stacy came and fixed the problem we were having, which wasn't the foot valve but was a split in the line going down into the well. She made the repair and changed the foot valve too. She recommended that we think about changing the lines going into the well and also the well cap since ours had broken in half. I don't know when they had ever been changed. We decided to have that work done and today Stacy came back and made those changes, as well as a new assembly. I have to say that Rosick is a great company to deal with. They are professional, they come when they say they will and they get the job done quickly. I am extremely pleased with their work and with their service. I called them today - looking for some basic information. Ok, some woman answers and I told her I needed info on pricing install etc. so she tells me to expect to spend AT LEAST $12,000.00 (for drilling alone) then another $4-5,000.00 for pipe and another $3,500.00 for a pump minimum. That comes to roughly $20,000.00 - for a 100' well??? Lmao. Right. I'm looking elsewhere. read more
