This spring I took it to them because the drive belt was thrown off one of the pulleys. They replaced the belt, checked it out and gave it back to me. It then became a Honda run-behind mower. It had two speeds. Nothing or run-behind it. It took them several tries to find the troublesome parts, but they fixed it. And I know that they only charged me for a small portion of their shop time. They didn't give up and tell me that "It's not under warranty and we can't fix it. You will need to buy a new mower". When we got it back, my wife said "they gave us a new mower". No they hadn't but was a clean as a new one. And works like a new one.

Well, all I can say that after Dave's sharpener gets through sharpening my chain I have to handle it with gloves because it is so sharp and the pieces the saw throws are so large that you better be wearing chapps or your legs are going to get all bruised up ! Also, after suffering with a Husqvarna and Poulin chainsaws for several years that finally croaked for different reasons, I finally asked Dave (the owner) about the brand he sold, Johnsered. Dave suggested, without any pressure, the saw that would fit my needs, and I decided to buy the model one size more powerful, the 2165. I have had this saw for three years now, and suffice to say it is the best chainsaw I have ever owned. It starts up right away, and is so powerful it will go though a 100 year old cherry tree like butter ! It is solidly built, easy to maintain, very safe, and works the way it supposed to, a rarity in many products today. Bought a new tractor in the winter they didn't get the mowing deck in until the fallowing fall …read more It's a good machine but with only 48.8 hrs of work the head of the valve stem blew off . When I tried to remove the cap on the other it also blew off . I brought the tires in myself and they knew of the faulty stems . The replaced them at a cost of $58 for 2 $8 stems that should have been a recall considering they knew they were junk . On top of that they couldn't refill the balast fluid because it was " frozen" even though it is an antifreeze. Was going to buy more equipment there because of the close location but will be going to a different dealer.
