I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with the behaviors exhibited by not only staff members but managers at this establishment. On multiple occasions I have walked into this store and have seen and heard some of the most unprofessional conversations happening on their front floor, I wasn't the only customer to hear such terrible conversations. I do not come into a store expecting the first thing I hear to be about political conflict. Quite frankly politics shouldn't be discussed at work let alone in front of the customers. On a completely separate occasion I heard an older staff member with long black hair questioning this poor girl about her father's death and his headstone being placed. I felt so bothered by this manner of behavior that I left without buying anything. Not to mention hearing about how this older employee believes all of their products are toxic to the body. This is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and unsettling to hear while trying to shop there. Finally I would like to end this message by stating that the political views of a person should not be discussed in a store, let alone in front of potential customers. I'm sure your customers would like to shop without hearing your opinion about the current political climate in the world and your own personal opinions. In conclusion this store, while having cute things, is extremely unprofessional and no one should be shopping here unless they are ready to hear things that can truly ruin their shopping experience. read more
