Not only was he completely unprofessional, but he also stole, vandalized property, and refused to pay for the time and services he received. This is not just about bad service -- this is about someone who has absolutely no integrity and clearly has no respect for other people's time, property, or agreements. If you value honesty, professionalism, and your peace of mind, do NOT work with him. There are plenty of talented and reliable photographers out there -- this one is nothing but a walking red flag.
