It had a good variety and seemed like it would be quite accommodating to many allergies. My part, my teenager left a couple things in his room, which many would consider junk and/or worthless. One of the two items was of sentimental value. Instead of throwing them away, the front desk called and informed us they were left behind. We asked them to put the things aside and that we would be back to get them shortly. When I returned to the hotel, the items were waiting for me at the front desk. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying there again.

When I explained that I no longer wanted to speak with the representative who was not helping me and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called back and, unbelievably, had another similarly unprofessional experience. I again asked to speak with a supervisor, but they were unable or unwilling to connect me with one. I was simply trying to find out the rate for a room. It should not be this difficult. If a potential customer becomes frustrated because they cannot get a straightforward answer, lecturing them about their tone rather than addressing the problem is not customer service. Hanging up on someone who asks for a supervisor is even more concerning. In a way, I'm glad this happened before I booked a room because it gave me a very clear indication of the level of customer service I could expect. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere and will not stay at this property.

Pluses were walking distance to 2 fast food restaurants and one convenience store. Strange that the fire pit was not activated, so a cool September evening could have been nice to sit outside. If the pool is closed down, it's time for the fire in my opinion. I will absolutely book here again.

As an IHG member who travels for work, this is my least favorite hotel I've stayed in! Super bummed to have to find a new place.
