They confirmed that my order was to be delivered on Thursday before the funeral and they said it would be no problem; the Lilly of Peace would be hand delivered by their driver. 2. I received a notice two day prior that my order was not in stock, so they can deliver red roses at a great price. 3. I spoke to three different employees whom did not know how to expedite any discrepancies for the life of them. The Lilly of Peace was not in stock when I ordered and the customer service taker could not share that information?? Cost was $109.22. They refunded me, but that doesn't make up for the laziness and unprofessional way they handled my order. 4. The red roses for a funeral is not a smart suggestion, to say the least. There wasn't a catalog or other arrangements to see what I wanted. I literally said I can spend 80 bucks and picked a few flowers. The arrangement came out nice. I like the fact that it was actually open late. I would give this place 5 stars, but it did not have much selection or arrangements prepared to choose from.
