I was the recipient of a beautiful cacti arrangement. I sent a photo to the friends that sent this (condolences on the loss of my beloved pet) thanking them and letting them know just how nice (and thoughtful) it was. I have used other Las Vegas florists mostly for birthdays, and have always been disappointed at what was actually sent as compared to what I paid for from their website pictures. The arrangement was so nice I had to write this review and the delivery woman was so kind when I answered the door with a face full of tears. It is so hard to find a trustworthy florist when sending an arrangement locally let alone from out of town (I don't know how my CA friends found this company, I didn't ask) but this company fits that bill. Brides, think twice before trusting this florist with your bouquet. I emailed and spoke with the owner about what I wanted for my bouquet. Some of the flowers I requested were either out of season or not ideal for bouquets, which I understand. However, when I shared my favorite flowers, I was told they were possible to include. Later, when I asked for specific flowers, I was told they were "cheap" or lower-class flowers that they typically don't use or carry. I made it clear that I still wanted them included regardless of her opinion, and she agreed. But when I picked up my bouquet, none of the things I had asked for were included. None of my favorite flowers were there, and despite explicitly saying no pink, there was pink. The bouquet was supposed to be ready for a 9 AM pickup, but it wasn't. I even arrived 30 minutes after the agreed time, and it was still being made--my toss bouquet wasn't even started. Because of the lost time waiting for them I didn't have time to wait around on them anymore nor did I really trust them to do right since they didn't on the first try. During the wedding, one flower variety started losing its petals just 10 minutes after being out of water, and another was completely wilted within 30 minutes. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they also chose flowers that clearly couldn't withstand the demands of a wedding day. A bouquet will be out of water, in photos, and moved around--this should have been considered. After expressing my concerns, the shop made barely any effort to make things right. I was left with a bouquet that wasn't what I wanted and looked wilted & rough in all my wedding photos, which will last longer than the sad bouquet I paid a good amount on. read more

I called A Garden Floral at around noon and requested a pick up time at 4pm, and they fulfilled the order right on time! The service was top notch, the florist really took time to take down all the details to best match your request and they even allow you to text them a picture if needed! The custom bouquet came at a very reasonable price of $90 which is comparable to most florists in town. But ultimately, based on my recent two experiences with A Garden Floral, their flower quality and arrangement aesthetic is unmatched. The florist's attention to the finest details of the bouquet really reflects her passion in her work. The wrapping is exactly how I wanted, and the material of the wrapping is of high quality, unlike many cheap-feel wrapping that you will find at many other florists. AMAZING!!! My parents bought us a succulent bridal bouquet and matching boutonnière for our Las Vegas wedding at Paradise Chapel. We live in San Jose, CA, so they delivered it to the chapel on time for our nuptials. The photographer at the chapel was so impressed he told us he got their info to do future business with them. I ordered flowers for a celebration of life from Just Flowers and was totally embarrassed by the flowers sent. They looked nothing like my on screen order yet Just Flowers refused to refund my money. I texted them and they sided with whoever their subcontract florist is. I tried to contact them on the phone. They answered and then silence after 4 minutes they hung up their phone.
