Tea and water was available, the chairs had foot rests, and the lighting was adjustable, pretty good for a waiting room. The massage rooms were beyond my expectations. The table was heated, the room was dark, and there was a faint, calming smell and music. My masseuse kept conversation to a minimum (which was preferred) and was very kind. I also got a pedicure after the massage; it was the first one I'd gotten so I can't exactly compare but I expect the experience would be hard to beat. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and helped make it a great weekend get-away.

There was a miscommunication regarding the service provided and price paid because I left feeling like I overpaid. I got in my car and decided to check the price list online again, after which I called to inquire about the discrepancy on my drive home. I was treated with incredible disrespect over the phone. It's clear to me the team of aestheticians (a mother and her daughters) foster the mentality of a catty and self-important sorority rather than a professional establishment that has been in practice for nine years.
