It was very dirty in there. The pedicure chairs were filthy with pieces of other peoples nails and skin. I was hesitant to lean my head back and enjoy the massage chair. Half of the pedicure massage chairs are broken and ripped. This made me think they do not sanitize anything between clients let alone sanitize the pedicure bowl that was covered in someone's hair? The nail lights were sticky and dirty. I should have left but was visiting Missoula and in a pinch needed a pedicure. The massage was less than ideal. Hoping to not catch a fungus. read more

Ricky is a terrible nail tech and has no idea what he is doing. I took my friend for her 80th birthday yesterday. He has the lightest touch, has no idea how to massage anything, makes himself look busy yet he's not even trimming the cuticles. I complained and he took an attitude. I asked for the manager who was gone. I left a personal message for Mike the manager who has not responded to my request to discuss. The prices are outrageous and I'm happy to pay for the service when the tech is actually decent at his job. I was so disgusted with his service that I made him stop because he didn't know what he was doing. I was then left to sit for 22 minutes until another tech came and finished my toes. Very unprofessional service rendered by Reserve Nails and the manager never dealt with the issue of a terrible tech...all for $85! Avoid this place! read more

I called ahead and they said they could get me and my daughter in for manicures and when we arrived there were so many people in there waiting that we ended up waiting for over 30 min. When we finally were sat, they did my daughters "manicure" in less than 5 min. No lotion or massage. My manicure took less than 10 min and the water was cold and she did not do the arm massage at all. They tried to charge me $23 for my daughter's manicure and I fought that and he charged me $10. My crappy manicure costed $27. I told him how disappointed I was in the services and he said "ok I will talk to them later." I did not tip them but when I got home I had been charged $76 for the services. My daughter's polish started cracking and chipping that night and mine, the next day. read more

I had a Deluxe Pedicure. The service was good! I walked in and was in a chair within five minutes. I had gel and the paint job is great! Massage was good! I think the soak and pedicure part was a little rushed. If you're in a hurry then that would be a perk. The staff offered me water and were super friendly. I have come into the salon multiple times (over 5 times at least) now and each time with someone else getting the same service as me. And here are some things that I've noticed: 1. The consistency between visits or even between the technicians is poor. Both of us always get the same service, but the 'service' ends up different each time. For example, we get the deluxe pedicures but only one of us gets the leg massage. We order a mani-pedi and only one of us gets a nail trim (both needing it) and buff. It's little differences between the services too. We started ordering the basic and even this last visit for Mother's Day, we ended up with different services despite ordering and paying for the same one. This is while sitting side-by-side. 2. The gel polish isn't worth it, it too only lasts about three days. 3. The pedicures are so rushed, there is NO foot soaking that happens at all. You put your feet in the water and immediately they are pulling one out to do their version of the requested services. Your feet get to be in the water for a total of less than 5 minutes as noted on my most recent visit. 4. There is no description of their manicure services for you to 'verify' against for their guarantee. 5. Their guarantee is a joke, when I've had the tech mess up the polish putting on my shoe, they won't fix it. On my most recent visit, the tech hit my fingers (I got a mani-pedi) and they 'fixed' it by removing all the polish on that finger and only doing one coat on a French tip, so it didn't match the other fingers. He also hit my toe with my shoe and refused to fix it. The polish lasted all of a day before it lifted and I was doing absolutely nothing. Definitely NOT worth the $150 we end up paying each time we visit. Go anywhere else. read more

I have spent 100s of hours getting my nails done over the years. This was definitely the most painful pedicure i have ever endured. And this is a lady who likes it kind rough...Too hard, too hot....rough digging/picking at cuticles, super hot towels. Don't get me started on the cheese grater. Very rushed. For 50$ a "deluxe " should be last more than 45 min. Poor technique. I had to point out the unevenness of the trimming and rough cuticles. Blamed it on my dry feet. I point med out this was why i came in.... The polish was ok. Nothing spectacular. I definitely don't mind paying for a good nail job. This is a place charing for good job services and not delivering. Keep looking. read more

Is there anything better than pampering yourself. Theses guys and gals do an amazing job. Good service always friendly, they will do larger groups but call ahead and reserve. This place is hit or miss. My nails come out different every time I go (acrylics) Once I got white gel polish and within a few days they were covered in black specks. Must be something wrong with the polish. Now, I have gel polish and within the first week they chips and are breaking. Seems like the acrylic wasn't applied properly. Also I suspect that they might be thinning the gel polish out causing specs and chipping. Also just FYI I'm not rough on my nails at all, there's no reason for this to have happened. $35 for a fill to let less than a week sucks. I have had my nails come out nice before, but I can't really keep going there knowing that I might look like trash in a week. Pedicures have been consistently good so far though. They got rid of my ingrown nails too and they don't seem to be growing back. read more

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. My boyfriend and I got pedicures done and had a horrible experience. The ground and chairs were filthy, with flys flying around everywhere. At one point my technician swatted a fly that was on my leg with a dirty towel, leaving it laying dead on my lap. My boyfriend's technician made two of his toes bleed; bad enough to where they tinted the water to a pink color because they were bleeding so much. As all of this was going on, I wasn't paying much attention to my own toes and ended up with a different color than I originally asked for. Overall just a terrible experience. I will never go back and strongly encourage you to not waste your money here. read more

Wanted to update my review - my gel manicure is cracking after only a few days. The ends of my nails are wearing off as well. Never had this happen to a manicure before. This place was awesome! I called to make a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in when I wanted. The salon was clean, both the staff and customers were friendly, and they have a wide array of colors to select from for your service. Not only was the guy who did my nails super sweet, but it was also very affordable. The whole service only took a half hour which was another plus. I went in to get a full acrylic set done and within half an hour of leaving, I realized that the gel was too thick, one nail was longer than all the rest and the color was not the right one I had wanted. I called in the next day to ask if it can be redone or if I can get a refund. They offered to fix it and I went in to give them a second chance. The person who helped me is named, D. He made it look exactly the way I wanted it to look. He took the time to fix every single nail and now I am so happy with my set! Only giving 2 stars because of the cleanliness because I'm a cosmetologist and love clean nail salons. I asked them very kindly not to use nippers on my toes, as I have nerve problems in my feet and can't always feel them and might develop an infection and not feel it,, and not only did they cut my toe with nippers, they continued using them when I asked them to stop. first time getting nails done locally (recently moved from Scottsdale, AZ), and I can say it's not like back home. I scheduled an appointment the morning of and arrived on time but still ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Colby did my nails and he did a very good job so I was pleased with that (that's why it's 3 stars not 2). Absolutely nothing bad to say about Colby. However, the floors at this place look like they haven't been swept in a few days and the nail drying station is coated in dust. Lots of paint scratches on the walls. Not really what I like to see when I'm trying to relax. My acrylic fill with coffin shaping and two repaired nails cost $40, comparable to back home. I may or may not return. read more

I got a set of nails on and a pedicure and spent a decent amount of money. I Was very nice and very cordial that's just how I am.... I don't know who I had but she kept telling me how awful my feet were it's OK to say it once or not really but oh well but she kept saying it ... I told her that is why I'm getting a pedicure can I tip well too so why does it matter... I'm going to have people that I really forgive really quickly if the person turns out to be nice later on and she sort of was but then another client came in that she knew and she took them and Without even introducing me she just put me with someone else to finish my nails ...It was so rude not to Unprofessional I would never do that in my job. I am new to this area so I'm searching for my "new place". I've had a couple of pedicures here and they've been fine. A little rough but overall a good experience. Today I decided to get a fill after my pedicure. I told him I have colored powder on my nails. I also told him I wanted to do an ombré or a neutral look. I've been going the same nail salon in a different state for over 10 plus years so I know what can and can't be done. It's not my first rodeo. As the fill began I knew it was doomed and in hindsight I should've stopped it. I have red powder on my nails and wanted a lighter neutral color. He said I couldn't because I had red powder. I explained to him he could sand them down and put new powder on and I could have any color I wanted. He said no so I went with the same hot pink as on my toes. He didn't sand the red color down enough and then painted over the red with the pink so there was a two tone effect going on. A lady tech came over, they spoke and she grabbed a bottle of red gel polish and painted one of my nails. I ended up with red gel nails again which I did not want. A big waste of my money and my time. I've never seen his technique and two other techs came over and spoke in a language I didn't understand which means they were trying to help him and while also talking crap about me. I wasn't trying to be difficult but being told over and over again what they can't do when I know what can be done is beyond frustrating. I would tell him what my other mail tech does and he would say ok I understand but then he really didn't. He was clearly annoyed with me as I was with him. I understand he works hard but I work hard for my money and my time is just as valuable. My advice is find somewhere else for nails. It's ok for pedicures but I will keep trying other places until I find a new home. My business there is clearly not wanted. I left feeling upset and like I can't wait to get my nails done someplace else. read more

They did a beautiful job on my Organic Pedicure and Dip Powder Nails It was a super relaxing experience and they were super gentle. The salon was very busy but I never felt like they were rushing thru their job. I will be back next time I'm in Missoula. I did -1 star only because the salon needs a good cleaning. I went in to get matching nails done with a friend (we got black and white French tips with simple flowers on the ring finger). Our nails didn't end up looking anything alike and they put flowers on the middle finger on one hand and the ring finger on the other. I went in to have them fixed the next day and was told that the mix up was my fault and that I should have noticed their mistake before I left. They seemed to be 'making fun' when I did point out a mistake. I paid $101 for this and was told that I would need to pay to have them fixed next time. There will not be a next time. read more
