During this whole Needoh faze my son is going through they have been doing such a wonderful job keeping everyone calm and in the loop! Someone broke a class object while we were in the store and they quickly cleaned it up and didn't make the person feel bad. I particularly loved the retro tricycle and scooter! I wonder if it could just be a coincidence but from coast to coast especially when one opens up in the Bay Area, I was delighted to a certain extent, and honestly wasn't surprise how customers are treated differently across the pond but the same store. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but as I walk in the store, customer service was lacking luster. The tone changed after we've expressed interest in buying stuff , and there was finally the customer service that I thought should have been rendered to every person that has the will to enter their store. Wishing everyone else a better experience, because at the mart there are long lasting shops that have withstand the test of time.
