She had some great locations for the photos and was great with my daughter and even showed me the photos in her camera as we went so that I could see what she was taking. She texted me the very next day and let me know she was done editing. I was able to view them through my Dropbox and save them to my phone. This photographer was recommended to me by my DJ for my husband's 80th birthday. I was surprised…read moreto see the unprofessionalism when, after sending my down payment, I could not get her to return a phone call after three tries. I ended up having to contact my DJ on two different occasions to see if he knew how to reach her. He contacted her and she finally returned calls. She never mailed me a contract as she stated she would. Just a few days before the event I had not heard from her again. I was not sure she would even be at the event! She finally contacted me (via the DJ) and promised she would be at the event. Our event started at 5:00 and she said she would be there at 5:15 or 5:30! I requested she be there at 4:30. Also, she said the pictures would be given to me on a disc. I didn't feel comfortable with that so she said she would provide me a proof book. When I finally received the pictures, they were on a disc. when I mentioned she was going to give me a proof book, she stated that would be an extra charge (No mention of this before hand). Upon looking at the pictures on the disc, My husband and I were extremely disappointed. Almost all of the shots were candid, showing everyone's back side! Not one time did she ask people to smile for the shot. There were more pictures taken of the centerpieces than I even had tables for!(15 tables and 21 shots!) She took 71 pics of the backyard where people were sitting and what appeared to be the same shot over and over again. Most of the shots were repeated between 3 to 7 times. Why did I need 7 pictures of the cake? And not one with my husband in it! Not one picture was taken of the DJ, which would have been nice to have. And I know she took a couple shots of my husband and me which were not on the disc. This was a once in a lifetime event. People are the most important part of any event, and sadly, we have everyone's backside. We could have done better than this with our iphones!! So very disappointed! Would never ever recommend this photographer, if you can call her that. Very unprofessional.
