It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. ​After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. ​Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

Hair left in the floor and dust not wiped. Windowsills not dusted, etc. The first visit was awesome and each follow up visit declined and 2 person teams were in and out in less than 90 mins. I requested these things to be addressed and they were always kind but continued to not follow through. I want a consistent team that does everything so how do not need to inspect.
