I called Karla and her coworkers to come clean my rental property for my tenants and it was a bad experience. Initially the first day was a confusion amongst my tenants and she drove there and my tenants weren't home so I asked her if she would like to be compensated for her time and she said no, she would come back next day. I was quoted for her deep cleaning that was 430$ that was supposed to have the baseboards, fan blades, windows and everything deep cleaned, that was not the case. Karla was confused on what time to come and came 45 minutes late. I was quoted on a 4-5 hour job and she was there for 2 & 1/2 hours and still charged me full price, it's like her being late gave her a reason to do a subpar job on my house. It would have been fine if the job was done early and it was clean but my tenants were home and the restrooms were still dirty, the kitchen counter top still had food on it, fan blades still had dust on top of them, and the baseboards weren't even touched. I messaged Karla Thursday she responded quickly was able to come on Saturday I have a 2 bed 2 bath under 900sqft apartment I've never hired someone to deep clean so I didnt know what to expect as far as pricing or what was included but I made sure to specify my bathrooms, walls,doors and baseboards were a priority She then let me know that she would be cleaning the whole apartment and would make the walls, doors, baseboards and bathrooms a priority She doesn't have many reviews but has a ton of pictures and saw she had worked miracles for spaces that needed a lot more work than mine so I figured oh mine will be spotless then I'll start off by saying the tubs and the inside of the toilets she did a great job with We did the walk through after and none of the walls were cleaned I pointed that out to her and she cleaned just the areas I pointed at even my daughters door there was just a splatter of dry spray which she saw and gave it another wipe down (which I then gave it another wipe down and was able to get it even more cleaned with just a little bit of water and pressure and I'm not talking like I put my elbow into it just a little pressure) Everything else looked like it was just sprayed and then used a rag to just wipe off what was sprayed the one cabinet in the restrooms still have some caked on areas I thought maybe it's stained but I just scratched a bit and it started to come off. the towel hanging in my restroom wasnt even moved out of the way to clean the wall behind it I'm finding dust EVERYWHERE a wall she pointed at (where there's crayon/marker on it) and was like oh those just won't come off But I then realized she just also forgot about because I moved my kids toys out of the way and realized they weren't even moved to sweep or mop back there so if they weren't moved to sweep and mop they weren't moved to clean the wall and then I started scrubbing the wall and sure enough the "stains" were coming off Granted! Like I said it's my first time hiring someone maybe it's not her job to move stuff out of the way totally understand BUT before I left (to give her space to work) I asked her if she needed me to move anything out of the way for her and she said not right now I then let her know that I would be across the street to just call me when she needed me to move anything and I never received a call ‍ The stove she said she would add in as complementary (I was very grateful of course) but when I looked inside there was still grease in certain area it literally was just semi wiped down I'm. Just super confused why nothing but the tubs and inside of the toilets were so detailed I literally run my hands over everything that was supposed to be cleaned and I pick up dust or dirt She brought her daughters to help her which of course I don't mind your business do your thing. so I think she assigned each one a space which Is fine but I feel like as a professional she should've gone back and double checked their work? ANYWAYS i contacted her and let her know respectfully that i wasn't satisfied with the work. she was very kind and took full responsibility and offered me a discount to be refunded or to come back and finish the job but honestly $450 to not get anything she promised the first time idk I just can't trust it ‍ I was refunded $100 so I was charged $350 for a wipe down of the apartment (which we could've just done) and 2 clean tubs and inside the toilets which she did do a great job with those And I'd like to clarify that I am not some kind of ungrateful person who likes to stir up trouble honestly I think this is my first review on yelp. I'm just a person who doesn't have extra money laying around for a service like this I had to save up and even then it has taken me awhile to finally make the decision. It just sucks to have paid all that money and im still going to have to go through and clean all the areas I needed clean This review is not meant to be disrespectful or attack anyone Karla was very nice I just wish I would've done my research better read more

My family and I just moved out of a rental home and left our rental knowing it was in prestige condition all thanks to the amazing cleaning work by KJ and her crew! Not only did she respond quickly to our request but managed to do it very last minute! They put so much hard work and effort into cleaning and really took so much stress off our entire family! We will forever be thankful for the helpful hands of all these ladies! These ladies were amazing. Super quick to respond and were so accommodating on me needing a last minute deep clean, in just a couple days. We were moving out of our house, needed it to be "open house ready" (in just a short period of time) and they made the place look spectacular. Truly shine! I've been unable to clean for 7wks due to a major surgery - Karla came out and cleaned everything very quickly at a very reasonable price! Karla arrived with another person (told me in advance) and between both women, they cleaned the two story house and left it spotless.
